Under difficult circumstances with the lifts not working the hotel went over and above to accommodate us
No towels in the room.
Location was great
They informed us on the Thursday that the elevator wasn’t working & gave us a choice to cancel but as it was only 36hrs before check in we stayed with the booking just in case we couldn’t get in anywhere else , they said it was 71 steps & as we aren’t disabled we thought a little exercise won’t hurt 😎 but it was a rabbit Warren to get to our room, that said the room was very basic , very dark it had a window but looked straight at a wall, the tv remote was very touchy didn’t work that well, also unable to control the temperature of the room & it was set quite cool , cheap price, cheap room, it served it’s purpose if you’re out to impress the missus probably go else where or see if they have a lot nicer rooms
Great location.
Parking is a nightmare. Very tight and small car park. Room dark and not very clean.
The room was spacious, with good facilities, and conveniently located to the Convention Centre which was the location of the Space Forum I attended, as well as the tram stop to Glenelg where I met a relative for dinner one evening. However, the curtains were drawn all the time because the "view" was a blocked out part of the building next door.
The fact that I had to climb several flights of stairs in the fire escape to access my room on the second floor. as the lifts were out of order.

No lift..
Room smelt damp. Had to use fire escape stairs to access level. And loud mechanical humming noise every 15-20mins
This was my 6th time staying here! I came to watch my footy team (Collingwood) at the Adelaide Oval and as always, it was all I needed for a 1 night stay for that game!

Staff at desk and cleaning staff were really nice and the room itself was good.
Both lifts are currently out of order, was notified before our stay and they offered another hotel and to take our heavy bags etc up the staff lift to our rooms.
Was only up a few sets of stairs from the reception so it didn’t really matter.
Lifts out of order but they gave us plenty of notice, didn’t really matter anyway.
Location was great. With easy access to where i wanted to go during the day and night.
Room was clean and tidy.
Staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
Sadly the toilet had a 'flushing' issue that caused the waste to not be removed on the first try and then on occasions it kept 'filling' until we 'wobbled' the buttons.
Tv was rather disappointing with no access to streaming and very basic channels and over priced movie options.
Lifts were also down, but signage was clear on how to get to the room.
