The staff are friendly and helpful, and willing to do what it takes to make you comfortable. The bed is comfortable and well made and sheets are clean.
The hotel is old and tired, facilities are basic and not well kept. The television only has free to air options, and our room had no digital channels either.
The location is great and comfortable beds.
The walkways are very narrow, the toilet can only be used sideways, no proper window.
Location was perfect
The room was so hot of a night - it was stifling and could not sleep. The property is run down and needs maintenance and updating. The air con was so loud it was hard to sleep through.
Location was perfect for an event at the convention centre. Bed was very comfortable and room was generous
One of the two elevators was broken. Only issue with this was during busy periods with minor delays waiting for space to use it. Also my room was too warm with no temperature controller to adjust it
The property is lovely clean and quiet
The first night I was woken up by the digital alarm clock 3 times. The second night the air conditioning leaked on my bed through the night, both of which I let FOH know, I was moved to another room after the AC. There were alarms going off one day for over 45 mins and loud speaker announced they were investigating, the following day I went down stairs the elevator doors open to a pile of fire fighters lights and sirens all suited up with hoses etc, no warning to occupants during or after. Breakfast for $18 is coffee pastry cereal or fruit. No hot breakfast.

Loved the quiet and peaceful stay. No outside noise or loud next door guests.
I dislike not having an outside window but I understand the original layout of the hotel.
This allows for a quiet space.
I actually love the older '70s' feel. The bedside table, the digital clock, the laminated chipboard bedside table and the bathroom cupboard.
The double sheeted quilt was also a blast from the past but oh, so comfortable. The unadjustable air-conditioner was a bit loud and warm but manageable.
A towel to shut the corridor light out of the room was effective.
Could not use undercover parking.
Three people in room and only two towells. No spare blankets. Beds were hard.
Loved the upgrade to a window balcony room
1 lift wasn't operational
The shower’s water pressure was wonderful, towels were all super soft and comfortable, as was the bed. I also really liked the scent of the hand soap.
The tv was a bit outdated and had a delayed reaction time, also would’ve been nice if there was easier access to the power board next to the bed for me to be able to charge my phone and watch (this was remedied by unplugging the alarm clock; sorry!)

The TV was extremely frustrating for 2 older ladies who stayed in the hotel each evening during winter!
While the lift being out was noticed, it happens and its just life.
