Amazing all inclusive hotel that ticks all the boxes for a great stay in Playa del Inglés.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff could not do enough for you and the facilities throughout the hotel were brilliant. The hotel is starting to show its age in places, but that is reflected in the price, and the all inclusive food was really good throughout our whole stay

Cons:

This is more of a personal preference than a complaint about the hotel itself, but in future we probably would not stay in the Nardos section again. We did not feel the extra cost was really value for money, especially as the jacuzzis were on timers and did not work past 10pm and Nardos was a short walk away from the main hotel facilities, where we spent most of our time anyway.

Personale cordiale e professionale. Struttura ampia. Molto difficile il parcheggio perché hotel non lo prevede. Colazion

Cons:

La parte suite era mal collegata alla struttura con saliscendi e percorsi parte esterni parte interni scomodi soprattutto in caso di brutto tempo

Pros:

Ottima posizione e riservatezza della zona suite Nardos con la piscina e vasca idromassaggio privata nella camera. Pulizia della struttura, staff gentile e disponibile, ottima e varia colazione.

Greit sted men det stod overhodet ikke til prisen vi betalte.
Pros:

Vi likte beliggenheten. Ift våre ønsker da dette var en litt spesiell anledning lovet hotellet oss en oppmerksomhet - den så vi aldri noe til!? Resepsjonspersonalet var lite engasjerte eller hjelpsomme. Frokosten var ikke kjempeimponerende den heller. Vi synes vi betalte veldig dyrt for lite ift andre steder vi har vært. Men rengjøringspersonalet var helt topp. Så vi hadde et fint opphold alt i alt:)

Cons:

Lite informasjon, dårlig kommunikasjon. Spesielt i resepsjonen. Det at hotellet lovet en oppmerksomhet da det var et spesielt opphold av en grunn men droppet det var skuffende og lite imponerende.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff and service throughout. Loved the selection of food at breakfast, it has everything you could want - and the different themed dinner nights were an additional bonus! The private hot tub and pool were fabulous. We will be back!

Superfint hotell, kanonläge , nära till bad och nöjen.
Pros:

Mycket varierande och god frukost. Utsökt läge på hotellet . Gästvänlig personal.
Toppenutsikt från poolen på taket.

Pokój był czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Jedzenie w miarę urozmaicone, z wieczorami tematycznymi. Baseny miały dużo leżaków, zawsze jakieś były dostępne. Plusem było także jacuzzi na balkonie.

Cons:

Strefa SPA/Wellness to nieporozumienie. Sauna fińska ledwo ciepła, w łaźni parowej światła migały jak stroboskop. 2/3 prysznice nie działały, a na płytkach przy basenie widać było pleśń. Miejsce zaniedbane, na pewno nie serwisowane.
