The receptionist and all the staff are very friendly
Ubicación excelente, cerca de varios restaurantes y puntos turísticos. Habitación grande, limpia. Personal atento y súper dispuesto a ayudar. Recomendadisimo!
Location was just around the corner from Byward Market and the beds were the most comfortable. We enjoyed warm cookies at checkin, which was nice after a long drive. The Nespresso machine and pods were much appreciated!
The room was a bit small, but that said, we were there to see Ottawa, not hang out in a room.
Overall a nice hotel in a great location, walking distance from many attractions and restaurants/bars & patios within the ByWard market area, as well as the market. Rooms have been renovated relatively recently.
Great breakfast and parking right underground is convenient, although some of the spots are very small.
Some of the facilities are a bit outdated and the pool is quite small.
Rooms are relatively small as well, but ok for up to 2 people.
AC thermostat not working very well, needs temperature to increase by approx. 1.5C to start the AC, apparently they are all set like this in the hotel and can't change this based on review with the maintenance staff.
Pretty pricey for what you get.
La manager n’est absolument pas empathique car j’ai eu un problème avec mes cartes bancaires car ils acceptent difficilement les cartes étrangères, au moment du Check in pour le deposit de sécurité sachant que les nuits avaient été entièrement payer bien avant mon arrivée on leur explique qu’on peut régler ça que le matin car il faisait déjà 1h du matin en Europe. Elle refuse catégoriquement et nous propose d’emprunter la carte de quelqu’un d’autre (option impossible logiquement) sinon on a pas accès à la chambre jusqu’à problème régler sachant que c’est non remboursable.

Doubletree per noi sempre una garanzia , e poi ci piacciono i biscotti che offrono all’arrivo. Colazione ottima.
Ubicación perfecta, muy céntrico. La habitación estaba muy bien, moderna y funcional, con camas de buen tamaño y muy cómodas, las almohadas cómodas. El baño estaba bien y la ducha estupenda, estuvimos muy a gusto allí. El chico de recepción hablaba español y fue muy amable.
Habitación un poco pequeña para cuatro personas. No incluye el desayuno y el precio es muy caro si lo quieres añadir. El coche no cabía en el parking y lo tuvimos que dejar en el parking del centro comercial que está al lado.
Excelente opção. Melhor localização possível. Quarto amplo e confortável, banheiro e banho muito bons...nenhuma reclamação.
