Confortable bed, great breakfast and good location.
Our room was facing a noisy street and it was noisy early in the morning (we were on vacation so we would have loved to get a little more sleep)

buffet copieux avec de bons produits et personnel aux petits soins.
Tout le personnel n'est pas francophone mais fait son maximum pour une bonne communication et compréhension.

Chambre un peu petite et la vue était ordinaire mais le reste était parfait 👌
Excellent location. It’s in the heart of the city, with a huge mall downstairs and near a couple of iconic Ottawa landmarks. Some are visible from the room’s window.
It’s convenient if you’re visiting the city for some embassy paperwork, since it’s near the embassy areas.

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. Typical great Hilton beds. The staff were super courteous and helpful. I really liked the breakfast area, not a typical Doubletree one step above college cafeteria experience, more like a nice cafe. The bar was really comfy and conducive to gathering with some friends for a cocktail and chat. A quick walk over to the Roger’s Centre where I attended a conference. Finally, it was a great location to explore downtown Ottawa from!
Location, staff and cleanliness
The beds! To soft, you roll to the middle. So soft had a hard time getting out.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, room was clean and pristine. Quiet room, even for being in a busy crossroad area. Intimate bar area with excellent drink selection.
We have stayed before, we knew what the standards were, and they have not changed, top notch.
Parking was cumbersome and minimal.
We have a small pick up, low ceiling , very few spots for vehicles our size( 12). You needed two fobs to use garage, one to get in on foot and another to exit with our vehicle. Lots of vehicle traffic in the day. Maybe a option of another garage nearby
