The room was clean - thats it
The car park is risky - the roof is below standard - Im surprise how they got approval to operate this car park - although they are charging for it - the SUV touched the pipes hangging from the roof twice although im driving a standard car without and external attachments - the car part is so dirty with 2-4mm of dirt over the floor - lifts are dirty as well - breakfast is below poor. I complained to the management , completely ignered , saying that car park does not belong to the hotel which is unture because they a full floor flagged as double tree and reception charge for the stay - no need to mention that no one could sit in the lobby due to dirty , stained futniture

L’accueil excellent avec un biscuit. J’ai reçu un texto pour si j’avais besoin d’aide de leur envoyer un message. Quand j’ai eu besoin d’un taxi ça été fait très rapide et super service

The hotel is well located in a newly developed north Toronto location.
We booked the hotel room for 3 nights with breakfast included for two guests. They charged us breakfast for the third day before our departure. We are asking for a refund of this overcharge. Not sure what is the outcome yet.
