Alojamiento recomendable
Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerquita de la estación de metro y negocios. Bueno el desayuno y al comenzar a servirse tan temprano (6 AM) pudimos desayunar el día que hicimos el check-out.

Cons:

La cuadra es muy ruidosa; nuestra habitación daba a la calle así que se escuchaba mucho ruido, toda la noche. El baño estaba bien pero tenía entre la pared del baño y la de la habitación muchos ladrillos de vidrio (traslúcidos), lo cual quitaba privacidad.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, atendimento bom e o café da manhã também. Quarto com bastante espaço. Pra quem vai com mala pesada pode ser um problema, já que não tem elevador.

Cons:

Infelizmente a acústica dos quartos é bem ruim, dá pra ouvir tudo do outro quarto. Então se você tem sono leve, pode ser bem ruim. Não me atrapalhou, mas é algo que incomoda.

Estava num quarto no primeiro andar de frente para rua. Durante a madrugada ouve-se barulho de pessoas conversando e transitando nas ruas devido bares nas proximidades, comprometendo assim a tranquilidade.

El persona es bastante amable, si bien no hablan español o inglés podes comunicarte tranquilamente con ellos, todo estaba bastante limpio y el desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

Imposible dormir por las noches y es peor si te hospedas un fin de semana, en mi caso fueron viernes y sábado, fue muy mal gusto. hay puticlubs al rededor y se escucha TODO lo que pasa en la calle
