Convient comfort with all one could ask for.
Pros:

The room was spacious. The staff were wonderfully warm, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast options were brilliant. We look forward to returning in late October.

Pros:

This hotel has the best location, being in the center and within walking distance of Chinatown, the luxury shopping street, and almost everything Melbourne has to offer. The rooms are decent and all renovated.

Cons:

Our stay was almost flawless, except that our bookings got mixed up by the clerk. After checking in via their kiosk and providing my card number, the room that was supposed to be mine was given to another guest. During checkout, I could not claim my credit for not having the room serviced because it was not registered under my name.

三人间需要坐一部电梯到7楼再走到另一部电梯到8楼，走廊像迷宫。房间不错，就是厕所太小

It was easy to find . Staff very friendly. Rooms excellent except for the pillows.
