It was absolutely fine. I will be back
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great. Very clean.
Nice and easy to have breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

I couldn't work the tv to watch a Netflix movie. Probably my own fault.
Staff should have told me about wifi.

Thank goodness it was only for one night
Pros:

Good location the shopping mall.

Cons:

Everything is online, so no customers service. When you did try to speak with someone is was rather cold. Trying to get bags stored until you could check in was an effort.

Perfect for a one day stay in Melbourne.
Pros:

Location excellent. Beds are so comfortable. Staff very Friendly. The room in general was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

There was some mould in the bathroom. I let reception know and they made a note for the cleaners.

Our stay was convenient, comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

The room was super affordable for my cousin and I. We were attending a show at The Forum, which The Victoria was perfect for. Short walk to and from the concert. Single beds were super wide, and the room suited us perfectly. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were provided were lovely. Staff were super helpful, and we were able to check in early. Check in and check out was all contactless, and very accessible.

Cons:

We parked in a parking building, which cost $160 for the night. I wish we had’ve checked out the hotels parking - may have been much cheaper. The parking was more expensive than the room.
