Great location, very expensive though

Location great

Cons:

Didn’t get the room type I booked. Bathroom tiny and pokey compared to photo. Very expensive.

Very comfy and convenient travel
Pros:

The hotel was good...rooms were decent, had all the amenities i needed for business travel

Cons:

Just the fact that it was over priced. Maybe because of the NFL game, but paid 360$ a night

レストラン、ショッピングには最高に便利
Pros:

日本人のスタッフがいて、結構話が出来た点。また、いろいろお願いしたことに対して、少し時間はかかったものの、確実に対応してもらった点。さらに、ロケーションがいいので、レストラン、ショッピングが容易に出来たこと。

Cons:

たくさんの荷物を数日間預かってもらおうとお願いした際、結構厳しく言われた点（結局、預かってもらえましたが）。

Majestic older hotel close to everything .. great staff restaurant and bar .. a real treasure !
Pros:

The staff and food in Mister Munros and Vic's Bar were exceptional.. big shout out to Eva and Chris! Location is great very close to Princess Theatre and so many areas as well as the City !

Cons:

Nothing as it was great value for money !

As returning guests , we are very happy with this hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It met all our needs getting to and from the places we needed to visit. The room was spacious, which meant we were not crowded when resting in between events.

Cons:

We had opted for the environmental room service, but while I am happy not to have a fresh towel everyday or my bed made, I would have like someone to empty the bins , refill the tea sachets ,check soap supply daily.
