Except for lack of sleep the rest of the stay was great
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay except the room faced onto little Collins St on the 2nd floor opposite a lane way. All night there were loud noises by garbage trucks, cars screeching and people standing on the lane way corner yelling and laughing. One night 3 fire trucks were blaring down the street (I know that can't be helped. 6 a.m this morning I was woken by a dog barking and whining. I just thought enough is enough. It's not a good place for rooms. The meals and breakfasts were great the staff were always lovely. Maybe some double glazing around that area might help the issue.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the bathroom was spacious and modern.

Cons:

Just the walk from the elevator to the room, it had stairs.

昨年も利用しましたが、本当に最高。特に部屋とベッドの広さに感激した。テレビも大きく、テーブルもおしゃれ。スーツケースを広げても全然余裕。ずっとホテル滞在でいいくらい居心地がいい。フロントのスタッフも親切で、チェックインやチェックアウトも楽。また来年も利用しようと思ってます。

Cons:

部屋の掃除が少し。カップ☕️などは洗われてなかったかな。
