Everything was great I'm definitely coming back
The hotel itself is pleasant, quiet and beautiful, more or less a three-star boutique-style property. Most of the staff were kind, respectful and helpful, especially the people from the kitchen, housekeeping, reception and administration. My serious concern is not about them.
Please read my comments in the “What I didn’t like” section. The main issue was the owner’s treatment after we raised a respectful complaint. What happened felt discriminatory, humiliating and intimidating.
The hotel is somewhat far from the main areas of the island, so having a vehicle was important. We were initially led to believe the hotel could help arrange a vehicle reservation, but when the vehicle was supposed to be available, we were told the hotel had nothing to do with it. During our stay, there were also construction works around a lake/pond area, including two excavators operating on a Saturday.
We went to reception to raise these concerns. We were upset, but respectful. Tony, who identified himself as the owner, reacted aggressively. He suggested we looked poor and did not understand high-end or exclusive tourism. He insisted his hotel was the most exclusive hotel in San Andrés and implied that our complaint came from not knowing what a truly exclusive hotel experience was.
He then referred to my partner’s religious appearance. My partner is in the process of converting to Islam and was wearing a Muslim-style cap. Tony aggressively asked whether he was Muslim. This was unnecessary and deeply inappropriate in the context of a hotel complaint.
After I said I considered his comments discriminatory, Tony suddenly and repeatedly called us “extortionists”. This was arbitrary, unjustified and shocking. We had not threatened anyone or demanded anything improper. We had only raised a service complaint. Were we treated as “extortionists” because he thought we looked poor? Because my partner looked Muslim? Because we dared to complain? That is exactly how it felt.
He also kept saying he did not want to see us there, that we should leave, that we were not his type of clients, and that he would give us our “fucking money”. I felt humiliated and intimidated. We only want an apology from the owner. If asking for an apology after this treatment is, in his view, extortion, then his understanding of hospitality and guest dignity is deeply troubling.
Was very nice location and facilities and all staff very friendly. My husband and I loved it.
Includes delicious Breakfast in the morning but for a dinner , Food was good but litle pricy.

La posizione lontano dalla confusione della città, un giardino meraviglioso, il comfort delle cabin, l’attenzione che ci è stata riservata dal proprietario Tony, Katherine, Dorothy e dall’intero staff.

La piscina estaba muy sucia, no pudimos nadar. El jacuzzi también se ensuciaba y no lo limpiaban. Le faltan muchos servicios para el costo que tiene.

Miraflores Hotel Boutique fue nuestro refugio perfecto en San Andrés. Un lugar tranquilo, acogedor y lleno de detalles que invitan a desconectarse del ruido y simplemente disfrutar. La atención fue cercana y amable desde el primer día, haciendo que la experiencia se sintiera aún más especial. Ideal para descansar, recargar energías y vivir la isla desde un ambiente mucho más relajado y auténtico. 🌴✨
Nous avons passé une semaine dans la suite King size 4. À notre arrivée, très bon accueil à la réception et nous avons pu entrer d’avis la chambre 13:00 au lieu de 15:00. le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas ( pas préparé pour notre arrivée). Et en gain de journée c’était fait. Le personnel est très réactif.
- piscine et jardin très bien
- espace de la chambre et jacuzzi
- bord de mer avec rocher et espa espaces aménagés proche de l’hôtel à pied.
- organisation de transports en taxi pour visiter l’île
- le bar de la piscine est très bien et chaises longues parfaites..
- la chambre semblait ne pas avoir été utilisée depuis longtemps et nous avons dû demander de changer les draps.
- le jacuzzi mériterait une bonne réfection et nettoyage à fond ( changer l’eau).
- les femmes de ménages sont adorables mais la direction devrait demander que le ménage à fond (fenêtres, bordures et coins des pièces) lord des changements de clients.
- la direction pourrait mettre à disposition une bonbonne pour asperger la pièce contre les moustiques (beaucoup en mai-juin -juillet, clest la saison!).
- en résumé, ne pas hésiter à demander ce dont vous avez besoin, car le personnel est très réactif.
- le restaurant est très bon.

Struttura fantastica immersa in un bellissimo giardino dove vivono alcune iguana e molte varietà di uccelli, lo staff è meraviglioso e il ristorante è eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo usufruito della piscina, molto carina, alla reception sono stati davvero gentili, ci hanno prenotato uno scooter e lo hanno fatto in struttura, hanno un ottimo servizio di transfer dall’aeroporto e per l’aeroporto. Ottima la colazione e ottimo il ristorante. Insomma tutto perfetto
