Mancanza di manutenzione in stanza, il condizionatore perdeva acqua e altro...
Un’oasi lontana dal centro di San Andres (circa 20 minuti di motorino). Vicina ad alcune spiagge dell’isola: San Luis e Cocoploom. Sicuramente serve noleggiare un mezzo per muoversi e l’hotel vi aiuta con le prenotazioni. All’arrivo c’è stata un’incomprensione sul transfer areoporto/hotel ma il personale ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino in cambio. Colazione buona, non molto varia se si dorme più giorni nella struttura. Ristorante caro e non particolarmente eccelso.
Il ristorante, ma la sera si hanno poche alternative se non si vuole andare in centro.
Struttura immersa nel verde con giardino tropicale ben curato, dove regna pace e silenzio. Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile.
Le camere necessitano di manutenzione, abbiamo trovato capelli nelle le lenzuola o le lenzuola erano consumare e poco pulite. Il menù del ristorante ha pochi piatti, di media bassa qualità, con prezzi alti come tutta l'isola. La cameriera del ristorante ha un comportamento poco professionale e scontroso. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non giustifica la spesa.

El personal en general ( con excepciones), un amor Gisel y Yeremi además de la ubicación en zona tranquila
La relación calidad/precio. El peor hotel que hemos estado. Con un coste de casi 1000€ para 4 noches, la piscina privada de la habitación estaba verde y con mucha basura a pesar de decirnos que realizaban mantenimiento... Y los servicios que ofrecen son una estafa(conseguimos lo mismo a mitad de precio fuera del hotel, con los mismos servicios). Se nos ofreció el tour privado por las islas por 1.500.000colombianos desde el contacto que nos facilitó el hotel, cuando lo conseguimos rebajar a 1.150.000 entramos a hablar con la persona de recepción de las mañanas y nos dice que eran 900.000colombianos con esto nos dio una desconfianza tremenda que nos llevo a buscarnos la vida consiguiendo el tour privado por 750.000 con Jeferson en Toures_Kai.
Por las mañanas trabajadores en el hotel(taladros, radiales,gente mirando mientras te bañas en la piscina,etc)
No better place to disconnect! This estate makes you feel you are in a lost paradise and you feel instantly relaxed. The service was amazing, food was great, staff was lovely. Plenty things to do around - a go-to if you ever stay in San Andres

Tanto la habitación, como la piscina, jacuzzi y demás son totalmente como en las fotos.
Todo estaba limpio, cómodo, y buen cuidado cada detalle.
El personal es increíble, siempre atento, simpáticos, ayudando con los tours, mulitas, taxi, pagos, limpieza, mencionar a Dorothy, Sabina, por mencionarlas, pero en realidad todos y todas son súper atentas, profesionales y agradables.
Me gustó todo, pero por mencionar algo, quizás el menú de cena tiene poco variedad, sin embargo lo que tiene, está muy rico.
El hotel es increíble, el staff y sus facilidades permiten tener un excelente descanso y disfrutar de las.maravillosas playas de la isla. El servicio de hotel.es insuperable.

La atención del personal, Jeremy fue muy especial con nosotros amable, respetuoso y atento de cualquier cosa que necesitaramos, Kelvin también especial agradecimiento por su calidez y excelente atención, al personal de cocina y piscina también, a Tony for your advice on the activities and kindness with my parents. Everything was great I'm definitely coming back
The hotel itself is pleasant, quiet and beautiful, more or less a three-star boutique-style property. Most of the staff were kind, respectful and helpful, especially the people from the kitchen, housekeeping, reception and administration. My serious concern is not about them.
Please read my comments in the “What I didn’t like” section. The main issue was the owner’s treatment after we raised a respectful complaint. What happened felt discriminatory, humiliating and intimidating.
The hotel is somewhat far from the main areas of the island, so having a vehicle was important. We were initially led to believe the hotel could help arrange a vehicle reservation, but when the vehicle was supposed to be available, we were told the hotel had nothing to do with it. During our stay, there were also construction works around a lake/pond area, including two excavators operating on a Saturday.
We went to reception to raise these concerns. We were upset, but respectful. Tony, who identified himself as the owner, reacted aggressively. He suggested we looked poor and did not understand high-end or exclusive tourism. He insisted his hotel was the most exclusive hotel in San Andrés and implied that our complaint came from not knowing what a truly exclusive hotel experience was.
He then referred to my partner’s religious appearance. My partner is in the process of converting to Islam and was wearing a Muslim-style cap. Tony aggressively asked whether he was Muslim. This was unnecessary and deeply inappropriate in the context of a hotel complaint.
After I said I considered his comments discriminatory, Tony suddenly and repeatedly called us “extortionists”. This was arbitrary, unjustified and shocking. We had not threatened anyone or demanded anything improper. We had only raised a service complaint. Were we treated as “extortionists” because he thought we looked poor? Because my partner looked Muslim? Because we dared to complain? That is exactly how it felt.
He also kept saying he did not want to see us there, that we should leave, that we were not his type of clients, and that he would give us our “fucking money”. I felt humiliated and intimidated. We only want an apology from the owner. If asking for an apology after this treatment is, in his view, extortion, then his understanding of hospitality and guest dignity is deeply troubling.
Was very nice location and facilities and all staff very friendly. My husband and I loved it.
Includes delicious Breakfast in the morning but for a dinner , Food was good but litle pricy.

La vegetación, la atención, la información, la piscina con su bar, la cabaña muy amplia con madera muy bonita.
La posizione lontano dalla confusione della città, un giardino meraviglioso, il comfort delle cabin, l’attenzione che ci è stata riservata dal proprietario Tony, Katherine, Dorothy e dall’intero staff.
La atención y la habitación
La piscina estaba muy sucia, no pudimos nadar. El jacuzzi también se ensuciaba y no lo limpiaban. Le faltan muchos servicios para el costo que tiene.
Todo uno de los mejores lugares de san Andrés para hospedarse
La alimentación muy rica
Me falto mas dias para seguir disfrutando la estadía
El desayuno si me pareció un poco costoso.
