Delizioso hotel in pieno centro
Pros:

Hotel lussuoso nel pieno centro di Klagenfurt, dotato di tutti i servizi con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Camere abbastanza spaziose e molto confortevoli, bellissima terrazza e bike room per custodire le biciclette in piena sicurezza.
Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
Non abbiamo provato la colazione.

Cons:

Non saprei indicare qualche difetto, forse la colazione un po' costosa, ma in linea con i prezzi di Klagenfurt.

great location, comfy beds
Pros:

The AC was a life saver during the heatwave. It was possible to work and relax without being completely destroyed.
Beds were comfy and nice, all in all a great place.

Cons:

Bathroom could be bigger. The water of the shower made its way all over the floor and it felt all in all too small.
A couple of complimentary treats would have been welcome.

Absolutes NoGo: Hotelbar schließt um 22 Uhr, wenn man aus der Stadt kommt und was trinken will!
Pros:

Hotelanlage insgesamt schön. Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum. Personal sehr freundlich.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, bei dem man sich sogar direkt hergestellte Eierspeisen bestellen kann.
Leider kein Lachs und kein Sekt beim Frühstück, aber das konnte man gut verschmerzen. Wäre ein Tipp für die Zukunft.

Cons:

Kleines Bad. Einstieg in die Dusche über Eck ist sehr eng, da die Türen gleich an Waschbecken und WC anstoßen.
Keine Schränke in Zimmer und Bad, nur offene Regale - somit sieht alles sehr unordentlich und unaufgeräumt aus.
Klimaanlage kann man nur bis auf 20°C herunterfahren. Am Reisewochenende war es sehr warm draußen (36-38°C), sodass dies nicht ausreichte. Temperatur im Zimmer 28°C.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer - ich muss aber zugeben, dass ich darauf bei der Buchung nicht geachtet hatte. Das setzt man eigentlich bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse voraus. War aber sicherlich mein eigener Fehler.
Hotelbar (Dachterrasse) ist nur bis 22 Uhr geöffnet - und das ist aus dem Angebot bei Buchung nicht zu erkennen.

Super Lage, schöne Zimmer, alles super!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super bequem, klimatisiert und hat alle Anforderungen erfüllt. Das Frühstück mit tollem Blick über die Dächer von Klagenfurt war sehr gut und imposant. Auch die Lage ist perfekt - man ist im Grunde mitten in der Stadt und erreicht wichtige Orte locker zu Fuß!

Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück irre teuer. Waren 3 Minuten entfernt in Bäckerei frühstücken. Schöne Rooftopbar.

Schöne Tage in Klagenfurt!
Pros:

Ich fühlte mich in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben!Die Lage ist optimal,das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig, dasFrühstück sehr gut,ganz abgesehen von der beeindruckenden Aussicht ,die man im Frühstücksraum genießen kann.
