Hotel didn't follow Bookings.com programme
Pros:

1. Have coway hot and cold water, for me to pour some tea.

2. Arrange a ground floor for me, which I no need to clim upstairs.

3. Parking available, but park at your own risk.

Cons:

1. The staff is rude, and attitude is bad. I am Booking. com Genius Level 2, and I am given discount because of this level 2 programme, but after I reached the hotel, I was informed by the staff that the hotel will not follow the Booking.com discount programme and said the price we pay is too cheap, and no discount will be given, and on the spot I was asked to pay extra RM40 for 2 nights. Which totolly ruin my holiday mood.

Given the Booking. com's policy that if I cancel my booking at that particular day, I may not get back the money that I prepaid, I felt helpless. This extra pay of RM40 is not the price that I agreed with. And the hotel didn't inform me anything that they didn't follow the Booking. com policies, thet keep silent and wait until we reached and knew that we cannot cancel our booking, and ask us to pay more.

I urgently seek booking.com to take some actions to this issue, to protect future customer from this hotel, and to put a justice for those customers that already been tricked to pay extra, including me!

After this incident, I saw on Google review about this hotel, and mostly is not satisfied with this hotel. I am very regret to stay in this hotel.

2. The bed was horrible, 005 bed is very very hard, not soft at all. And not comfortable to sleep on. Body felt pain the next day. I pay money to sleep comfortably, not to throw my money in a dusbin.

3. No toiletries (soap, tothbrush) in room, need to pay to get one.

4. Thr toilet seat/lid is very dirty and old. For 3 whole days I didn't dare to sit on it. What is te point of living in a hotel that cannot defecate? Totally not bring convenience to me.

5. There is a TV that is just a decoration, cannot be watch at all, no signals. Ask help of staff, he just apologised and no further actions is taken. I had a feeling that they won't fixed the problem and just let it go. So the next customers also will face the same problem.

This family room is suitable for smokers.
Pros:

Bilik family room berbau asap rokok yang amat kuat, walaupun ada tulis non smoking room. Pakaian yg belum pakai digantung dalam bilik tersebut pun berbau asap rokok. Tak sesuai diduduki oleh keluarga terutama yg membawa anak2 kecil bersama. Satu pengalaman yg buruk. TV susah digunakan kerana tiada cara pengunaan nya dan shower mandi pula kena guna stopcork utk buka dan tutup.

Cons:

Tentukan bilik family room benar² dikawal pemilik permis supaya perokok tegar tidak menginap dibilik NON SMOKING ROOM.
