Pros:

Great views and location! The property is directly across the street from the ferry. The area is very walkable. The hotel is clean and personnel were nice and professional. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

We had a gorgeous view of Victoria's Causeway Harbor with two balconies. Absolutely stunning! Everything from boat cruises to, to restaurants and pubs, to shopping, museums, historical buildings and fisherman's Wharf was within a 5 minute walk! The suite itself was very roomy and comfortable. All staff members were a pleasure to deal with and the hotel amenities were fantastic!

Excellent stay in Victoria - views from our private balcony

Excellent staff. Location was perfect for accessing all attractions.

Cons:

Hotel is expensive but all amenities were perfect, service was excellent, and it is a premiere location with exquisite views of the legislature and harbor lit at night. It was worth spending the top of our budget.

Location, location, location. Perfect for all the sights of the Inner Harbour and downtown. Parliament building and Empress Hotel minutes away :-)
I liked that one could opt out of room cleaning daily, it's actually not necessary
