Pros:

Location, location, location. Loved watching all the activities of the harbor all day and all night. Sea planes, boat taxis, ferry boats and the Victoria Day parade was the icing on the cake. The view of the harbor was so gorgeous, we slept with the drapes open even after sunset so we could enjoy the lights and reflection off the water all night long.

The Hotel was perfectly located near the ferry, bus routes, walking distance to stores, restaurants, museums and IMAX. Wonderful staff!

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location with friendly service.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the excellent location, as many attractions and restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room felt clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and made our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Some areas of the hotel facilities could use minor updates, and sound insulation between rooms could be improved slightly

Pros:

Comfortable room, large, had balcony, really good location to explore Victoria & the harbour.

Balcony view was limited, could have done with more blankets in the room, was a little cold.

Hôtel très bien situé pour se promener jour et nuit
Pros:

La suite avec deus salles de bains mais il manquait le savon dans la petite salle de bain

Cons:

Le chemin compliqué pour aller en peignoir à la piscine, des rideaux occultants pour séparer la chambre aurait permis plus de liberté pour la lumière, nous aurions aimé pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner sans attendre à 9h que les tables soient prêtes alors qu’il y avait de nombreuses places.

Comfortable stay in great location.

Location was great to either go into the town, down to the water taxis or for a coastal walk to the north. Fantastic full length pool.

Better outdoor areas - the weather was fantastic but nowhere outside to enjoy it.
