The water pressure and temperature kept changing on its own. You have to quickly turn it off and turn it back on a couple of times.

The room could have been cleaner. Mold around the tub and spots on the wall. I should have taken a picture but i was already exhausted from work

I’m thinking the housekeepers aren’t paid that much. Because the rooms aren’t clean. Pillow case look dirty. Mirrors haven’t been wiped, behind bathroom door wasn’t swept. Also air conditioner just cooled the room. You couldn’t put cover on.

Had to constantly go to the front desk and ask for towels when going get the towels they never had any room was never cleaned they gave us the sheets to clean the bed off also had a bullet shell in the hotel room I slept in quality of the hotel is horrible

Floors were drenched in water.

My first room had blood on the sheets
Second room sheets were brown bathrooms were dirty

Terrible area to stay in, homeless people living in ice machine cubby. Rooms absolutely filthy, black mold covering ceiling vanity table ECT air conditioner terrible, beds had grit in them. Changed rooms several times and each one was filthy and something didn't work or was missing. Had to ask for a shower curtain. People running the place were nice but the place needs to be shutdown!!! Highly unsanitary. Do not bring kids here!

Room reeked of pot!! We didn’t bring our luggage in due to the fact that we didn’t want our clothes to smell. We slept in our clothes we were wearing. Sheets were stained and had burn holes in them, ended up sleeping on a towel.

People out walking all night talking loud making all kind of noises bathroom wasn’t clean had ask someone to come clean mirror dirty paper behind bathroom door towels smell sour

The room was not that clean and all we smell was weed and the breakfast was just waffle the tv did not work right

I didn't like the loud and obnoxious neighbor (RM 122) that kept me up until 4am in the morning, when I had to be up for 7am. They kept slamming the door. They were hollering on and off. I heard a lot of knocking and someone knocked on our door at one point. When I came out my room in the morning, I found someone's press on nails broken off on the ground by my driver door and my vehicle was covered in scratches on my driver side.

I didn't like anything on that place is terrible
I don't recommend people to do business with that place, they have drugs and prostitution going on, they didn't do anything to get me a better room, after in the room next to me was a despuite for drugs, I didn't feel safe at all yo stay there, I didn't stay there, they didn't do anything to get me a better room, and still charged me for the room

Need to hire more staff to clean rooms and not allow people to hang outside guests doors in the stairwell. And guests shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper upon arrival. Had to wait for staff to finish cleaning our room when my husband and I arrived at 5pm, our room was supposed to been ready at 3pm... then when staff was done, we had to go back up to report the toilet was broken!!! This was not very good place to come to and we were very disappointed!!! People hanging out on the outside of our door by the stairwell didn't feel safe at all. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and we will not be back!!!
