Nice staff, especially the front desk lady named Shelby. She was kind and tried to help us change room to make our stay better.
The road construction that began each night from 7 PM until 3 AM with jack hammers and backhoes making all kinds of non-stop noise were just too much to bear for the 3 nights we stayed. Of course, it was not the hotel's doing, and I'm not saying it was their fault in any way, but that was what we didn't like during our stay.

Al principio ne dieron una habitación con una puerta que daba a otra habitación, no me sentia segura y el otro chico de recepción subió a mi habitacion y luego llamó por teléfono para cambiarme a otra habitacion sin puerta.
El personal de aseo muy amable.
El desayuno estaba bien.
Me quedaba muy lejos de todo, y tenía que caminar desde la estación de lightrail hasta el hotel unos 15 minutos (ya q el uber era caro) para mi entonces la ubicacion no fue muy conveniente.
Debo señalar que lo más malo fue que cuando hice el check in me pidieron 45 dólares de garantía, al momento del check out la mujer que estaba en recepción dijo que se demoraban 24 horas en devolverla, me pareció bien extraño, he viajado varias veces y nunca me habían dado esa respuesta, siempre me han devuelto el dinero en el momento del check out (efectivo o tarjeta), bueno me fui y nunca devolvieron el dinero en 24 horas, mande mensajes al hotel, un correo y mensajes a booking y finalmente despues de 5 días me devolvieron el dinero.
Me pareció bastante malo que yo haya tenido que insistir diariamente para la devolución y mientras tanto el hotel mandandome correos para calificar el hotel.

The GM Hassan and desk clerk Rachel were hostile and u professional in handling transaction. GM Hassan continuously stated “had you booked directly thru them versus booking.com we would not have cancelled your reservation we would have corrected the issue but since you booked through booking.com we can not help and have therefore cancelled your reservation as of 10:52a this morning (note: this is on day of arrival and prior to 3p checkin, I arrived on property at 1p)

The smell in the elevator, garbage and food. Needed to clean and spray out the elevator.
The carpet had a musty smell, should be sprinkled with carpet cleaner and vacuumed.
The wifi was in and out for a bit on my last day.

There was construction that set up 8pm and worked til 5 am right outside our window! So loud ! No sleep! They couldn’t switch our room! Too late to find another hotel! We had a long day at John Hopkins the next day with our kids! Will not return!
The breakfast was delicious and fresh and there were a lot of options to choose from.
The smell in the room was a little off, maybe the rugs could be cleaned often.
