Buen lugar para fiesta
Pros:

Un muy buen lugar para disfrutar, pasarlo bien. El personal muy muy amable. Especialmente Sergio y Abdiel en la recepción, fueron muy simpáticos y nos ayudaron un montón cuando llegamos un poco perdidas.

Cons:

Creo que esperábamos un rango etareo un poco más jóvenes entre la gente que visita el hotel, pero fuera de eso, todo bien

The restaurant staff and bar staff were very good and couldn't do enough for us

Cons:

The check in, the upselling Matt in concierge was very aggressive when we weren't happy to spend hours listening to them about upselling sales pitch. All inclusive is definitely not all inclusive in this hotel

The hotel is not like the picture

Cons:

We arrived and it didn't say anywhere that it was a topless hotel
We told the hotel staff that we couldn't stay at the hotel due to our religion and they simply didn't care
We were forced to pay $800 for a hotel that we checked in and checked out after five minutes. It was just a shame
There was no consideration from the hotel. We submitted a request for a proper explanation of why we were being forced to pay and we still haven't received a response.

Cons:

Food options. They closed the main Buffett down on Friday and stayed closed the entire weekend. This ment that you had to go to one of the restraints for lunch or eat at the Mexican buffet. With Friday and sat being the busy pool days most chose the Buffet and with the main buffet closed Amores was very busy and the food options where not the best.

Pros:

Zero defeitos, tudo impecável, as brincadeiras, as festas, o quarto maravilhoso, a recepção, os funcionários, tudo ótimo!

Cons:

Nos bares da piscina poderia ter um menu de drinks pq tem muuuuuita bebida e muitas vezes nao sabemos o que pedir, fica a gosto do barman.
