Worst hotel experience

Cons:

The rooms and hallway smells like cigarette, the toilet did not flush, the bathrooms have molds, the pillow and beddings smells like sweat. I asked for a non smoking when I booked but I was told that there will be an extra fee for that by the receptionist. The receptionist and managers are not friendly.

Cons:

The room was in tough shape. Some of the furniture was old and knocked with pieces missing. Lamps were bent with ripped shades. The top bedding had dark stains on it. The bathroom door was so old and rusted it barely shut. Their idea of free breakfast was two types of dry cereal, white bread, semi wheat bread, butter, milk, and two containers of coffee. Seriously, why bother?

My stay was great , apart from the old rude woman at the reception

There was an old white woman that attended to me at the time of checking in, that woman needs to be fired from work , she has bad approach, rude, and unprofessional, she was Yelling and never friendly to me and other customers,it got to a stage I wanted to tell her to cancel my reservation and let me know. Though the hotel is good and neat and their rooms are great, but with having such woman around there, they would lose lots of customers. They need to check cameras and see how this woman acted to customers.

Pros:

Bed comfortable. Housekeeping staff nice.

Cons:

Toast and butter with coffee breakfast. Lots of garbage all over parking area and trash cans over flowing. Smells of trash outside and smells of pesticide in room.
