Residence Inn Rochester Henrietta

As our second Residence Inn stay in two nights, Rochester Henrietta stood head and shoulders above the previous location. The entire hotel was spotless and fresh-smelling. We were accommodated with an early check in at 12:30 pm, and received a Platinum upgrade in the process. After leaving a cherished item behind at check out, the front desk agent helped us locate it and held it while we doubled back. We did think the variety of available breakfast items lacked compared with other RI’s (a notable omission being a waffle maker - did we miss it?), but we were all able to find something. We would not hesitate to stay here again if back in the area.

The room was incredibly clean and stock with kitchen essentials for a night in. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. We enjoyed the pool and lounge area as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

After a long day of travelling and arriving late, I was eager to check in so I could rest before rising early to continue my roadtrip. The front desk associate was on the phone. Another associate was preparing to conclude his shift. The supervisor advised the associate on the phone to help me and then he would take the call, but he wasn't finding a way to break in to the conversation to advise of a brief hold. The 2nd associate, Johnathan, stepped in to help me despite it being time for him to go home. He was efficient, but took my preferences into consideration by giving me options which created an even better service experience for me. He was outstanding. I'm most grateful for this exceptional service.

We were on the road. It was getting late and wanted to stop. We googled hotels and this location came up not far from where we were so we selected it at 10:30pm and made our way to the hotel. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised because you just never know what you are going to get! The hotel was spotless clean ! It even smelled clean !Our room was really nice- nice size and also spotless! I have never seen such a clean hotel!

A good hotel in a convenient location for Rochester and if you are heading to Buffalo. The breakfast was particularly nice.

Exemplary service, clean, quiet, exceptional stay altogether. They were incredibly accommodating our last minute schedule change due to a medical issue and they also allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. Just super kind folks at the front desk all around, especially the manager. Just thank you so much! Highly recommend.

We were so pleased with this hotel! The staff was courteous and friendly and even upgraded us to a two bedroom two bath suite! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Good location too. Would definitely recommend this Residence Inn.

The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us check into the wonderful suite. They were also helpful with our luggage while we went on our university visit, and in many small ways during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott in Henrietta and would definitely stay there again.

Came back to the room on Father's Day No clean towels or bed made. On check in asked for daily service. They made a note but when we called told no note on the computer. Suppose to change the sheets after 3 days. We will see.... Cutting corners should not be the Marriot way. Booked from 6/19-24th

Front desk very friendly

I never worry about the hotel stay when I come here for business. There’s been reliable, friendly service every time, the rooms are clean, and for the longer stays I appreciate that there’s a legitimate kitchen and a full sized fridge available in each room.

The amenities help, as well. The indoor pool and fitness center are handy, even though occasionally the pool needs cleaning. Most of the time it’s in good shape and I take advantage of it.

The breakfast buffet is fairly lifeless and bland, but there’s coffee and it’s better than nothing. Skip the lobby if you’re in the mood for actual breakfast food. It could be made significantly better if there was at least a pancake or waffle machine.

Good for families and business travelers, but not a romantic stay location.

The gave us an upgrade and everything was lovely. The hotel staff was friendly.

Perfect layout for traveling with a teenager. The second bedroom bathroom was great.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and with good choices.
