Pros:

Very beautiful facility, staff were super friendly.

Cons:

Not very many vending machines available for snacks. In the morning, before going in for breakfast, coffee was $5 for a cup

Train your restaurant and bar staff
Pros:

The room, the location and the staff attendance at arrival, reception and in the restaurant and bar.

Cons:

The breakfast organisation is not even 3star like . Only little staff are available, not trained to work efficiently. There were 1 at the bar and 1 clearing at least 7 dirty tables waiting just in the bar area during our 20min waiting time., 30 people waiting in queue. Use trolleys and tablets. Do not walk empty-handed.... Lacking time, we chose the buffet. Some buffet shelves were completely emptied, some almost.
Sarurday evening, we waited for 50 minutes for our dinner. (Lobster and clam dip and summer grain bowl) The waitress was very nice and sorry.

Comfortable reliable stay in a good location.
Pros:

We had a great view from our room. The hotel was near the waterfront, restaurants and the very good Immigration Museum. We had a delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The room was smaller than we'd like although well appointed.

Acceptable but not up to the Westin standard that I like to see when I travel.
Pros:

The front staff was very nice. I had a few issues with my credit card company. She was very good at waiting and offered to just charge the one night. I got it worked out.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant was very slow. The carpet in the room was very dirty looking. We only had one big, soft towel and one robe. The room needed a comfortable sofa for two.

Hôtel très bien situé mais un peu vieillot .
