Slecht restaurant waar ze in het weekend een hele beperkte kaart hebben en het bedienend personeel het echt niets interesseerde aangezien wij op doorreis waren en zij ons toch nooit meer zouden zien, nou dit klopt. De kwaliteit en service van restaurant is dissonant met de kwaliteit en service van de rest van het hotel, echt heel zonde.
Das Bett war groß und bequem, aber die Decken sind auch billigem, nicht atmungsfähigem Kunstmaterial, dadurch entwickelt sich eine Hitzestau.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht, aber es gab nur einen Stuhl. Der Zimmerservice hat nach der ersten Übernachtung die Toilette nicht gereinigt und auch kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt , ist aber gut angebunden ( Bus ca alle 10 min). Es ist ein großer Parkplatz vorhanden mit einigen Ladestationen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir durften unsere Fahrräder in einem abschließbaren Raum abstellen. Für eine Nacht super, da nicht weit von der Autobahn. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen

This was our first night in this hotel as a stopover on the way to Italy. We picked it as we wanted to charge our car and the pictures of the hotel looked okay. It’s located in a business park so there is very little else nearby. The hotel is fairly modern business type. Check in was good and the receptionist very helpful.
Our first room appeared okay, if not a little lacking in extras eg, toiletries, milk for tea and coffee.
We ate in the restaurant that evening. We couldn’t get a drink at the bar beforehand because the barman was having to serve drinks to diners in the restaurant. We went in early for our meal and were told we would have to wait before our order was taken. We did eventually get a drink. The food was okay and the service pleasant enough.
When we returned to our room we realised the tv could not be turned off. The receptionist tried to sort it but couldn’t and so we had to move room. Our new room was at the front of the hotel and much noisier. The air conditioning was very loud so we had to turn it off. We did stay for breakfast which was definitely not worth €20 per person
There is an EV charger in the car park
This was our second night in this hotel on the return trip from Italy. We were informed that their restaurant was closed that night but the place was like a ghost town. Because it is located in a business park there are no other places to eat nearby.
The receptionist that evening didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable and the bar had no staff. The room we were given was at the furthest point from the lifts which was odd as there were very few people staying. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable.
Overall a very poor experience
Great location close to motorway on our journey to Calais. I a quiet business park with a wooded area behind so perfect to walk our dogs. Good restaurant and good breakfast.
Tout etait parfait
Mooi hotel, makkelijke locatie. Hotel lijkt erg nieuw en is goed verzorgd qua ruimtes. Ruime kamer met goede faciliteiten en schoon. Goed restaurant.
Ontbijt was vanaf 6:30, wij waren er om 7:00 en bijna alles was op en werd in het half uur wat volgde niet aangevuld. Er was voor ons aan een touringbus vol mensen aan het ontbijt gegaan. Alle aandacht was er daarna voor afruimen van hun borden in plaats van aanvullen van buffet voor de mensen daarna: er lag nog twee pain chocolat, lege potten confituren en dat was met meer dingen. Bij vragen werd er nog een stukje bruin baquette erbij gelegd. Ontzettend balen bij een boeking inclusief ontbijt, die ook nog eens aan de prijs is.
