Pros:

Die Lage ist bestens. Fußläufig vom Bahnhof einfach zu erreichbar, ca 12Min. Direkt an einem Platz und am Beginn der Altstadt. Trotzdem ist es nicht laut.
Das Frühstück ist prima, tolle Tomatenbutter, sehr leckere hausgemachte Marmelade und guten Kaffee. Die Mitarbeiterin ist sehr freundlich und hat mega viel Übersicht.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, und dafür war das Hotel völlig ausreichend.
Pros:

Lage war super 👍🏻

Cons:

Man findet doch immer wieder Staubflecken :(
Sehr hellhörig, gab aber ohropax und in der Nacht haben wir tatsächlich nicht gehört, außer den Nachbarn mal Husten.

Ein schönes Hotel mit einer Top Lage.
Pros:

Die gute Lage und die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war ein sehr eigenartiger Geruch, ich vermute vom Teppich, das Fenster mussten wir geöffnet lassen.

Charmantes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt, gute Parkmöglichkeiten im benachbarten Parkhaus, gutes Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre schön.

Pros:

Uroczy hotel w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko, świetny by zwiedzać Görlitz. Miła i serdeczna obsługa, obiekt czysty, cicho i spokojnie.

Cons:

Szkoda, że nie było klimatyzacji. W gorące dni jest to jednak ważne.

Das zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer war großzügig und mit Balkon, musste aber wegen des unmöglichen Geruchs aus dem Bad getauscht werden ( Geruch war dem Personal bekannt, dennoch wurde das Zimmer zugewiesen ).
Das Folgezimmer, andere gab es nicht mehr nach Aussage des Personals, hatte nicht die bezahlte Größe, war dunkel, Feuertreppe vor dem Fenster. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, wenn wir nicht im Raum waren, da man hätte einsteigen können. Draußen 38 Grad...
Frühstück mittelmäßig.
Meine glutenfreien Brötchen, eigentlich vom Bäcker geliefert laut Eingangsgespräch, kamen aus dem Discounter, wurden nicht aufgebacken und ich musste ein total zerdrücktes zurückgeben, ein anderes wurde mir direkt in die Hand gegeben.
Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus, eigentlich bis zum nächsten Tag ohne Gebühr zu nutzen ( laut Personal ) musste bald wieder verlassen werden, hatten Hinweis am Fahrzeug, dass das Parken hier nicht erlaubt ist.
Beim Bezahlen wollte ich wegen des Zimmers Preisnachlass, Personal wies mich darauf hin, dass alle Zimmer diese Größe hätten...
Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht, würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder wählen
