From the first moment we arrived at *Voco Vienna Prater* we have been treated with the most kindness that we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The personnel were all genuinely friendly & helpful, starting with *Livia* & *Fredrick*. We could not have asked for better treatment. The room is really nice. The bed is very comfortable and the TV is just perfect.
The staff in the restaurant and in the bar are very nice as well, and the breakfast buffet is amazing with a large selection of delicious and freshly made items.
We also had dinner, and that was equally delicious.
The staff in this hotel were helpful to us for every question we had, of which we had many.
We look forward to staying here again or at other IHG Hotel, if this is an example of how wonderful they are.
Plus, the location away from the busy city center was a great delight, along with a quality supermarket directly across the street.
We give the *Voco Vienna Prater* a 10 out of 10.

Enorme rioollucht kwam uit doucheputje. Heel vies. Aangegeven, maar niet door hotel kunnen oplossen. Geen compensatie of andere kamer mogelijk.

Clean, reasonably priced, short walk from U1 line. 2 stops from Convention centre. Friendly staff

Cons:

Short walk from the U1 would have been a problem if it was raining, luckily it didn’t rain during my stay.
