Grattacielo tra gli altri
Pros:

Dalle finestre dei piani alti si gode un bel panorama, le camere sono grandi. Ma attenzione all'acqua che trovate in camera, le bottiglie sembrano tutte in omaggio, invece alcune si pagano. C'è anche un robot che consegna in camera le vostre richieste. Poco personale della reception parla inglese, ma c'è sempre qualcuno che lo capisce. Hanno un deposito per i bagagli. Nel complesso un buon albergo.

Cons:

La moquette nelle camere, presentava evidenti macchie. In alcune camere la vasca da bagno invece della doccia.

Wir werden nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten
Pros:

Die Lage ist nicht so schlecht. Die U-Bahn Station kann man zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen.

Cons:

Das Hotel kommt langsam in die Jahre. Der Teppich im Zimmer ist schmutzig.

Un hotel magnífico y bien situado pero de trato mejorable
Pros:

Un hotel muy bueno y una localización estupenda. Un desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

El personal no era amable. En la salida del grupo querían hacer cargos extra pro botellas de agua que no habíamos consumido, creando una situación desagradable. Tampoco son fluidos en inglés

地下鉄の駅へは徒歩で10分位で、丁度良い運動になる距離で何処にでもアクセス可能で便利。　建物や設備はやや古いが部屋も広く宿泊に過不足なし。　

Cons:

7年程前まで仕事での出張でこのホテルを頻繁に利用していた時期が有り、懐かしくて友人を誘って利用したが、過去のビジネス客主体から客層が団体旅行客等に
大きく変化していて雑然としていて、ロビーやレストラン内で落ち着かなかった。　　スタッフの質も以前より悪くなったと感じた。

Mit bitterem Beigeschmack der hoffentlich durch die Auszahlung der gesamten Frühstückskosten wieder besser würde

Das man schnell an der Metro ist und sie eine kleine nette Hausbar haben, mit nettem Personal

Cons:

Die Leute an der Rezeption sprachen wenig oder schlecht Englisch. Obwohl ich das Frühstück bezahlt hatte, wurde trotz zweifacher Nachfrage und ohne Erklärung dies verneint. Nach vier Tagen hatte man ( nachdem ich Booking.com zweimal angeschrieben hatte ) mir einen Teller mit zwei Bananen, einem Apfel und einer Orange auf das Zimmer gestellt, und sich entschuldigt. Ich warte bis dato auf die volle Rückzahlung der Frühstückskosten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Serviceteam von booking.com ist noch nicht abgeschlossen.

Pros:

Personale alla reception parla inglese. Il palazzo è un grattacielo e il panorama è bello! Le camere hanno la moquette e non sono molto grandi. Il bagno ha la porta di vetro.. Ci sono comunque diverse tipologie di camera.....
