Good location
Pros:

Staff was helpful when approached. Good enough English for communication. Good area, many cafes, bars and shops around. About 15-20 minutes walking from metro stations. Eady access for taxis.

Cons:

Hotel feels aged and old fashioned. Internet connection was basically non-existent (both WiFi and mobile network). Connection was ok in the lobby, but there are only two couches there, so impossible to make a call or relax there. No laundry room available and laundry prices per item were high. Bed way too hard. Not much information provided on arrival.

good value in a well located city hotel, with no frills.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Lots of local bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as high end shipping malls with premium brands The hotel is also a 10-15min walk to the metro station which is very well served by the lines needed to see all the local sightseeing!

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated, with the interiors looking tired and in need of the a refresh. However, this did not spoil our trip.

All in all, we had a good stay.

Overall, it was a good stay.

Cons:

The room was too close to the elevators. Because I am a light sleeper I could hear the elevator and the people getting on and off as well as the dinging of the elevator bell as it landed at the level we were on. Also, when we went out to purchase fresh fruit and snacks, they were quite far away.

fantastic location in a lovely area, great value for money.
Pros:

location was incredible and facilities were good. the gym was expansive. The area surrounding the hotel had a number of bars and restaurants. The location was the main strength of this hotel.

Cons:

the pool was misleading in the photos and had swimming lessons running when we were trying to use it.
