El trato del personal, la ubicación y que llegaron los de la 501st no teníamos idea que sería el evento de ellos y al final los acompañamos y nos gustó, el hotel muy limpio y atento el personal. Les agradecemos que aún con mucha gente que venía llegando siempre te atendían muy bien❤️

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN Y HABITACIONES CONFORTABLES.
Pros:

Excelente el hotel en comodidad, ubicación y personal muy amable, nosotros fuimos a un evento al auditorio Banamex y super accesible y practico salir y caminar de noche por el parque fundidora al hotel

Cons:

Se nos dijo en la reserva que pagando mas nos incluía el desayuno y pagamos,...
y llegando allá, se nos dijo que no, que solo a los adultos, no ah todos....
cosa que no se especifico en la reserva que solo decía desayuno incluido..
y ahí nos cobraron 399 por cada niño, demasiado para no avisar.
