very good service, nice suite, executive lounge. and views of marina.

Cons:

located above the restaurant. at night several of the restaurant guests were very drunk and rude and loud shouting outside my balcony. that disturbance went on for almost 1 hour.

We enjoyed our stay, also paid extra for the Horizon club. Which we thought was reasonable valve.

The outside of the building and roof top needs a good clean. The sun beds need updating. They were not comfortable and were stained.

Pros:

Location and Rooms were large and comfortable

Cons:

Pool area is old and tired
No streaming platforms at all
Our 2nd stay and we weren't acknowledged as Welcome Back or even offered any upgrade.

Pros:

The property is clearly sub standard for a Shangri-La chain. Very expensive and a very old and ordinary property. The breakfast was very average and not what one would expect from a Shangri-La chain

Just very average. I would imitate it 4 star max

The hotel was immaculate and our room was spacious with a view of the Marina.
The restaurant food was delicious and really good service.
Location is excellent for tours and short walk to shops. Being right on the pier was great for walks and restaurants.
Would highly recommend

Pleasant wuth good facilities.
Pros:

Great location at the harbour. Large room, comfortable bed and bedding. Fri et body staff. Good facilities (pools, gym etc)

Cons:

It’s getting a little dated. Wasn’t as impressive in the room as the external areas and reception/foyer area would lead you to believe. Lots of large tour groups use this hotel.

Bathroom was disappointing
Pros:

Perfect location, spacious room size. Both water bottles and coffee pods were replaced daily… a nice extra.

Cons:

We had an executive deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the marina (high end cost) but the bathroom was very disappointing and desperately in need of an upgrade. The shower was in a very high sided bath that was difficult to get in and out off. The tap handle to adjust the water flow fell off the wall when using it. Not what we expected for the price.
