Lovely stay at the JW. Checking in was easy and the staff were great! Michael and Luis with valet always greeted us and checked in to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. The lounge was always clean and comfortable. Enjoyed using the pool and gym daily. Even though it's by the Galleria, the hotel is tucked away so it's quiet. Lovely stay. I would stay here again.
The car service provided by JW Marriott is excellent perk! Luis provides superb customer service going above and beyond on our drives to the office.
Excellent service from Luis, the Shuttle driver! He was friendly, professional, and punctual. He made the ride comfortable and enjoyable with his warm attitude. Thank you, Luis, for the outstanding service!
Our excellent stay began with a wonderful greeting outside upon arrival,
and ended with much hospitality from the valet service at the time of checkout. (Thank you Luis) We had previously stayed at this hotel and this time I found the service, aside from the bar visit, to be five star in all areas. Our room was very clean and in good condition as well.

Best hotel I’ve been to in a looong time! Cafe was amazing, so much so that I plan on getting another iced latte before I leave later today. Breakfast buffet was great — everything tasty, lots of choices, and an omelet station. My server Grabiel was great, very kind and attentive, and the hostess Andrea was lovely as well. Will try to come back to this hotel soon. :)
Luis and the entire staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean.
Adrian was sweet to drive us to the mall one evening and Luis drove us to a breakfast restaurant. They both did an amazing job. Luis brought an umbrella to the door of the restaurant because it was raining super hard. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend.
Luis was our driver at JW Marriott Galleria. He was prompt and patient with my 4 y/o niece.
We were in Houston while my husband attended a conference. Kids and I enjoyed the pool and loved having the Galleria right across the street! Staff were so friendly. Special shout out to the valet staff—Luis is a gem!
The rooms are amazing. So clean and beautiful. The design choices are stunning. I love the hotel and staff. I stay here every time I’m in Houston!!! Luis the valet/shuttle driver is so sweet and wonderful. He takes great care of the guests. They offer a shuttle to take you anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel it’s awesome! Also the coffee shop is great!!

The air conditioner was not working very hot in the room was very uncomfortable for the price I paid I should of been very comfortable. I also was moved twice my room keys didn’t work I was not very happy with the money I paid!
The price! And your front desk can’t ever find my room. I wish my check in was more organized
