Luis was so genuine he saw me and my fiancé walking across the parking lot to cross over to the mall and he immediately flagged us down since my fiancé was limping due to his knee injury! The service was truly impactful knowing humanity still exists in people’s hearts and people like Luis are still here to take care of us!
The JW is also a good experience. Luis was especially kind and helpful. It was a hot a day and he made sure to offer me the hotel shuttle. He drove me to the destination and picked me up with little wait time.

I spent two nights at the hotel and found the room, gym and other amenities to be above average. I am a faithful Bonvoy guest whenever I travel, which is often.
Two issues, however. I was on the 12th floor and noticed one of the guests left unfinished takeout food outside their door. That food remained for over 24 hours. Second, the shower water had a funky smell after a few minutes of running. The next day after checkout, my skin started to uncharacteristically breakout in acne (i'm 59), and rashes, as well as peeling skin. Something was definitely up with the water. Hopefully just a fluke, but I travel to Houston often and won't be staying in this property again.
