The air conditioner was not working very hot in the room was very uncomfortable for the price I paid I should of been very comfortable. I also was moved twice my room keys didn’t work I was not very happy with the money I paid!
The price! And your front desk can’t ever find my room. I wish my check in was more organized

Joined my husband in the business trip and all of the staff were extremely helpful unloading bags, shuttling us to dinner etc. the lobby greeter was so friendly and Luis at valet as well.
The shuttle is a nice perk of the hotel. Luis, the primary driver, is outstanding. He went above and beyond during my stay. Every hotel should have a Luis!

He always greeted us with a warm smile, handled our car and luggage with care, and had our vehicle pulled up and ready the second we needed it. Thank you Matthew and the rest of your team.
Really comfortable and calm place to stay. Rooms are lovely and the entire team is so helpful and friendly. It makes the travel for work much more enjoyable. Particularly Martha Q who really made me feel welcome. Martha makes a point to cheerfully greet you when she sees you and comes and asks about your day. Such a simple gesture but so appreciated.
