The staff at the bar were great , reception was good at check in but I had to ask for everything instead of them telling me usually that’s when reception tells you all the details, I had to call for breakfast hours and they told me 3rd floor upon arrival to 3rd floor they said it wasn’t and sent me to 32nd floor and there staff makes it seem like they were just done when asked isn’t it till 4pm ? She made a face and said okay I can make something so we just left she was extremely rude and on top of us getting sent to one place and to another. Lastly parking , upon check out I asked Enma who check us out if I needed parking validation or my key card she said no , as were exiting the parking staff said we need validation and was extremely rude and smart about her comments , I went back to reception and told them that’s when the girl said oh yes you need validation I was wow why don’t they ask , or had told me when I asked. Staff isn’t communicate with their guest and were being mis guided. Last time I stay there nor will recommend. Also they host parties outside so music is loud and nowhere does it say that so you can be aware of the noise and maybe choose a different hotel.

Pros:

I like the pool but there were no towels an night , very inconvenient.

Cons:

There was a fridge in the room but it was not stocked. Nothing at all, sodas, and drinks are a must , anyways you make money by selling them .
