Place is lovely, just a few tweaks.
Pros:

Convenient to festival. Rooms were big and clean.

Cons:

The tub needs a mat- fall danger. The breakfast buffet is way overpriced especially given there are no waffles or pancakes and the biscuits were so hard as to be inedible.

Excellent stay with a room that exceeded expectation. Much better than the Galt House.
Pros:

Good, clean room with excellent provisions for technology. I was impressed by the inclusion of USB 3.0 and 3.2 ports as well as RJ45 port for internet. The inclusion of the HDMI port was great.

Overall I would give Crowne Plaza a 9+ on a scale of 1 to 10.
Pros:

Cleanliness; near downtown Louisville; easy access to airport; quiet environment; front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating!; wait staff in the cafe/restaurant were top shelf.

Cons:

The menu for lunch / dinner in the only restaurant reminded me of an upscale fast food business. The menu for breakfast was excellent with a wide-variety of options from buffet to menu specifics. Wait staff were very, very good.

Worth a 10-hour drive just to stay. This is a destination.
Pros:

Everything. I've run there was so willing to work with me and to make my experience wonderful and we're just so genuine and incredible. This is by far in my top five places I've ever stayed. I might be the top two. This was incredible. I drove 10 hours specifically just to stay at this hotel and I will do it again.
The marketing team, this photo of Al's Table is what stood out to me to begin with, and if anything I would say that they should update the pool photo and put that beautiful ficus in there. And maybe even make that it's a little sitting area. The whole hotel was just immaculate and wonderful and the location is perfect.

Cons:

I don't have a single complaint. I don't have a single thing to offer. This was truly the experience that I needed. I'm looking forward to coming back.

We were there for the Street Rod Nationals. Always a great place to stay.

Wish you still had the wash station outside for cars. I thought that the breakfast buffet was lacking. I liked it before the remodel. There was so much more food options! Fruit, yogurt, granola, toast......
