Breakfast!!!
We attended a conference here. The food was beyond awful. I could not cut the chicken- it was too tough. I know it can be difficult to provide delicious food to a large crowd. Macaroni and cheese was terrible.. This is easy to prepare for a large crowd. Even the dessert was not good. The restaurant must not have a good cook. let alone a chef. Cost of the meals was very expensive for such terrible food. I would never eat here again, at any price.

It’s an older building but you can tell they try to keep it up.
Communication with the hotel, I booked with booking.com and both myself and booking.com customer service tried to contact them both through phone and emails, it took multiple attempts before I was able to get my issue resolved, and even thought the hotel confirmed my date change they still never communicated to booking.com so my request kept showing denied on booking.com and I was worried when we arrived there would be an issue, but there wasn’t. I heard several times, it’s a 3rd party booking, well if your going to use a 3rd party to book your rooms you need better communication with the 3rd party for your customer support and for peace of mind! I had to change date for multiple hotels for this trip and this hotel was the ONLY one I had trouble communicating with!!!
It’s decent, and comfortable.
We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t clean or put any clean towels or coffee for our room for the second night.
We booked a room and paid extra for breakfast to be included- but we had 3 people in our stay, and after we booked we got a notice that ONLY 2 BREAKFAST VOUCHERS were included no matter how many people you booked and paid for… that was a joke!!!
