Freundliches Personal und guter Service.

Cons:

Zimmer extrem klein. Kein Platz für Koffer oder Ablage, kein Schrank, kein Kühlschrank.

A home away from home
Pros:

Alles en vooral het vriendelijke, professionele en vrolijke personeel. Perfecte ligging ten opzichte van het centrum, de kathedraal en voor een leuke wandeling in de omgeving. Fijne plek langs het kanaal en de ontwikkeling van de boulevard langs het kanaal te zien. Fijn dat er een zwembad is.

Fantastisch en rustgevend!
Pros:

Het personeel was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Elke vraag werd met zorg beantwoord.
De kamer was zeer netjes en een fles gratis water bij aankomst wordt geapprecieerd!
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, veel broodkeuze / beleg / kazen / confituren / cornflakes / ...!
De locatie om het centrum van Reims te voet te bezoeken was perfect!

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk! :-) Wij hadden het idee om in het zwembad te gaan maar dat was wat klein maar daar kunnen ze uiteindelijk niets aan doen omdat ze in het centrum van de stad zitten!

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. It's a hike to the Cathedral
Pros:

Parking is a huge challenge at this hotel. I also think it's a bit far from the Cathedral to use it in it's name.

The property was clean and comfortable, although as usual booking through Booking guarantees one a tiny poorly located room.

Cons:

I should have booked through Marriott where I would have qualified for an upgrade. I got a miniscule room.
