Room was neat, clean, and quiet. Hallway was noisy and clerical staff & manager needs re-training.
Pros:

Good Location, good cleanliness, and room & bath was neat and clean.

Cons:

The mattress wasn’t very supportive.
The night clerk neglectful of answering the phone at all. Her manager used verbally abusive language toward her and also desperately needs workplace behavior, customer service re-training.

A very nice hotel to stay in and would definitely recommend!
Pros:

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The hotel and room were in a very quiet location. The breakfast had many delicious options to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly.

Cons:

The room was on the small side and the bathroom had a barn door which was a little strange because it couldn’t close fully. The mini fridge did not have a freezer so we had to keep filling the ice bucket to chill our ice packs.

Typical Hampton Inn
Pros:

This was a last minute booking. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hallways were quiet after 10 p.m. Breakfast was typical for a hotel of this class. The location is in a shopping center that is past its sell daate, but it is close enough to other areas that have life in them. The hotel is far enough from the main road and well insulated enough so it's quiet inside. You might find some problems -- the cooling system is loud and the two electrical sockets closest to the bed on the built in table did not work. It's not luxurious; it's a Hampton Inn.

Disappointed
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The room had stained carpets, dead bugs on the floor, and a strong musty smell that made it feel unclean. While we appreciated having a comfortable bed, the overall condition of the room was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. I hope the hotel addresses these cleanliness and maintenance issues for future guests.
