The property is as in a good location. It was a decent price we it was clean.
The TV in th first room did not work. Then once I was as switched to another room, the only thing I way to watch anything other than the news was with google play. I don’t have that! So i was unable to enjoy myself.
Food was great that I ordered from the bar. Also the room was so spacious and smelled amazing.
The staff was great but when I went to order food two of them let me sit there for about 10mins before acknowledging me.
The breakfast was cold
Mooie kamer met apart zitje/slaapbank. Jammer dat je er niet kunt eten. Vliegtuigen vliegen vlak over het hotel, goed hoorbaar maar we konden er wel doorheen slapen. Ontbijt had niet veel keus
Staff ( everyone) are welcoming, efficient, helpful !
Shuttle service to and from Atlanta Airport very good service, regular schedule, good information about locating the pick -up site on arrival . Provided me help with loading luggage,for departure, gave me excellent information about navigating the airport that proved very helpful in finding my gate and flight.

Not much this go around.
I wasn't informed until we showed up at 10pm that they no longer took chime cards. As this is the only bank account that either my mom or I have, they wouldn't let us pay for our stay and cancelled our reservation. They wouldn't even take cash. I was not informed of this up front and booking had no mention that I saw. Then the manager, I think, had the audacity to imply that he could charge us a night's stay for cancelling, but he wouldn't. THEY cancelled on US. Not the other way around. They need to make it clear, well in advance, that there are certain cards they refuse to take. We had to scramble at 10:30pm to find a last minute reservation somewhere else. It all worked out though, because the place we ended up booking was $100 cheaper for more bed space and the same amount of time. We won't be booking with the Hyatt Place again.
- The room was very clean, quiet and spacious
- The airport shuttle from and to the airport runs every 30 minutes
- break had a good, healthy variety
- the staff was professional and friendly
I enjoyed the atmosphere along with the brunch. It was very real good enjoy I also enjoyed the fitness facility thank you all so much. I can get the same room for the bottom of the same price. Thank you.
The breakfast brunch also enjoyed fitness center.
