Staff were nice and helpful and it is really close to the car rental centre.
The main negative thing was the breakfast. I chose this hotel among many partly because of the breakfast reviews. During our stay the staff did not turn up for work and there was no hot food. Even the toaster was not working. Another issue was rubbish left near the lift shaft all during our stay. The bathroom was tiny compared to the size of the room and the shower was barely warm at maximum.

The breakfast was improved since my last visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for the purpose of my visit.
parking option seems expensive ($18 per day). The TV viewing options was quite limited. And, it took longer than expected to have someone answer questions when I checked out.
We needed a quick overnight stay for a Delta connection. We took advantage of a free night stay with our Hyatt membership. It was convenient to the airport and offered free transfers to and from the airport. We did not use the transfer on arrival because they did not pick up at the international terminal and it was much quicker to grab an uber rather than going all the way to terminal one. We did use the shuttle at 5:30 AM the following morning and it was very convenient. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Super annoying cause we have our value things and they didn’t fix it. We stayed two nights
I booked this hotel solely for the proximity to the airport and because it offered shuttle service. Said shuttle service was very slow and when it arrived there were so many people that needed it, it was too full to ride. Instead of waiting another 30 minutes, I paid $25 to get a taxi. Is this a first world problem? No. But super inconvenient after a day of flying and arriving at 11pm+. Hotel was fine. Wifi dropped on and off the whole time.
Breakfast was good and the Shuttle ran on time.
We were disappointed that the shuttle did not let us off at our terminal (American) which is located on the North side but instead let us off at the Delta terminal which is on the South side. This entailed quite a bit of additional walking and a little confusion.

A clean hotel with attentive and helpful staff, a screen displaying Delta flight information, and free airport transportation. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was clean, with towels in excellent condition, perfectly functioning air conditioning, and very comfortable.
