Hotel maravilhoso, aparente reforma recente. Nao é perto das “atraçoes” de Roma, mas disponibiliza transfer para varios locais.
Really nice, clean, and well-organized hotel with an amazing breakfast. We also really appreciated the early check-in and the convenient, comfortable shuttle service to and from the airport and city center.
The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and well organized, but the pool/bar service was disappointing. Both times, we waited around 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and the staff were unnecessarily rude about us stepping inside from the pool area, even when we only wanted to ask a question or pay.
The second time, the food was also disappointing the chips were soggy and over-fried, the Caesar salad was missing Parmesan, and we received sparkling water instead of still.
Overall, the hotel was great, but the pool service definitely needs improvement.

The pool is fantastic. The hotel is located very close to a bus stop which is great. The nearest metro station (Cornelia) is a few bus stops away so accessing greater Rome is easy. There’s a small gym facility which gets the job done. The breakfast is good. The rooms are large with a sizeable balcony. The kitchen and bar staff are accommodating and the food/drinks prices are reasonable. The food is decent. The hotel is very close to a grocery store and franchise restaurant (Mc Donalds).
The drainage in the bath shower was poor. The hotel did not respect the stated check in time. The male reception staff was unpleasant and borderline rude with the saving grace being the young ladies at reception who acted a lot more professionally. The sound proofing is non existent and had to deal with the couple next door’s constant arguments and crying baby. They don’t always clean up the rooms on a daily basis despite putting the sign up on the door. No hotel slippers. No balcony furniture. Wardrobe is small with just a single rail and no shelves. My superior double room was dated and old and looked nothing like the modern room advertised. The room key resets everyday so you keep having to ask reception to re-activate it everyday.
The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
The location was very far from the centre.

Na hora da limpeza, eles dão prioridade mais pro banheiro e acaba esquecendo o resto do quarto, passei 5 dias, no terceiro o quarto já estava com poeira e eu tive que usar lenço umedecido no chão

Great location, very clean, nice pool, great breakfast, plenty of parking.
No communication by staff, felt uncomfortable almost looked down upon for being a foreigner, arrogant, smiled amongst their own but we never saw it. Clearly states pool views and requested but upon arrival was told no pool view is available via bookings so why write it, pure false advertising, we did 93 days in Europe over 30 hotels, whilst this was freshly renovated and clean the staff have no idea about hospitality. Very disappointing, rude at times….

Breakfast exceeded my expectations! There was a large variety of food items to choose from and it was all delicious !
The hotel didn't seem to have any vending machines to purchase late night snacks. Only drinks were available to purchase in the lobby market area.
