Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Preis-Leistung leider schlecht

Die Aussicht war sehr schön und die Lage ist gut. Vom Kieler Hauptbahnhof erreicht man das Hotel mit dem Bus in etwa 5–8 Minuten. Das Personal war freundlich.

Die Aussicht war sehr schön und die Lage ist gut. Vom Kieler Hauptbahnhof erreicht man das Hotel mit dem Bus in etwa 5–8 Minuten. Das Personal war freundlich.

Leider war der Rest des Aufenthalts enttäuschend. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht: geschmacklich nicht gut, sehr begrenzte Auswahl und unübersichtlich auf mehrere Tische verteilt. Man musste lange suchen, um etwas zu finden. Die Kaffeemaschine war ebenfalls schlecht und die Getränke haben überhaupt nicht geschmeckt.

Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht zufriedenstellend, besonders der Boden war schmutzig. Beim Betreten des Zimmers merkte man sofort, dass es längere Zeit nicht gelüftet wurde, es roch unangenehm. Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr unbequem, und die Einrichtung wirkte alt und abgenutzt.

Außerdem fand ich die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr und am nächsten Tag bereits um 11 Uhr auschecken zu müssen bedeutet effektiv nur etwa 20 Stunden Aufenthalt – für den hohen Preis absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.

Für den hohen Preis hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist leider schlecht. Auch das WLAN war langsam und ist immer wieder von selbst ausgefallen.

Ein sehr schickes Hotel. Wir haben die Zeit da sehr genossen. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Vom Hotel ist man schnell an den Förden, am Hafen, in der Altstadt... Wir haben im 7. Stock residiert und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mit Tisch und zwei Sesseln und Blick auf die Förde. Als wir heute Morgen aufwachten, lag (fast) vor unserem Fenster die "Rotterdam" - ein Ozeanriese... das war ein beeindruckender Anblick. Auch das Badezimmer war großzügig. Alles sehr schick, sehr comfortabel. Die Matratzen waren gut und jeder hatte eine riesige Decke zum einkuscheln... Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Restaurant, alles da.

Super Lage, gutes Frühstück, deshalb kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat sich in den letzten 6 Jahren verändert, deutlich sparsamer. Wir sind jedes Jahr dort. Allerdings ist es immer noch sehr gut.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Kreuzfahrer
Pros:

Tolle Lage inmitten von Stadtgrün und sehr nahe zum Kreuzfahrtterminal. Parkhaus direkt am Hotel. Kurzer Weg zum Wasser. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
