Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem hervorragenden Hotel, der zum Wiederkommen einlädt.

Hervorragende Lage nahe am Hafen mit schönem Blick. Nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter*innen. Großzügiger Restaurantbereich mit gutem Angebot.

Cons:

Wenn ein Gast im Anschluss an seine Hotel-Buchung ein ihm gemachtes Zimmer-Upgrade - z.B. mit besonderer Aussicht - zustimmt, wäre es sinnvoll, wenn dies damit bereits verbindlich gemacht wäre und nicht erst nach Verfügbarkeit bei Ankunft. Damit ließen sich evtl. Enttäuschungen vermeiden.

Hotel angenehm. Personal hatte zum Teil nur sehr schlechte deutsche Sprachkenntnisse.
Pros:

Wir haben im Hotel telefonisch angefragt, ob es möglich wäre gegen 20 Uhr noch im Restaurant zu essen, dies wurde telefonisch bestätigt. Im Hotel angekommen wurde uns mitgeteilt, es wäre im Restaurant alles belegt. Dies war aber offensichtlich nicht der Fall, da nicht einmal die Hälfte der Tische belegt waren. Ein sehr unfreundlicher älterer Mitarbeiter des Restaurants/Bar hat uns dann nach längerer unfreundlicher Diskussion einen Tisch zugewiesen und wir konnten noch bestellen. Diese Erfahrung hätte man sich sparen können.

Cons:

Von 3 Zimmern funktionierten nur bei einem alle beide Zimmerkarten.

Decent hotel in great location
Pros:

Very quiet rooms, overlooking a park. Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops and close to the harbour for the ferry. Small but very well maintained spa, which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

Had to pay extra for parking, full price for motorcycle (think it was 20+ Euros)

Clean roommate and comfortable bed, though when they see that a single person is booing a double room, they put you in a double room with 2 single beds. Strange.

Breakfast was good, though some are very polite and chatty but some staff don’t even look at you.
