Totally fine.
Pros:

Front desk staff was very helpful, especially the younger woman. Rooms was spartan but clean. Area was quiet. For anyone with mobility impairments, second floor would be hard.

Cons:

It's just a bit tired and old. But so am I. :-)

Loved the employees. Did not care for the room.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate the many issues. Very nice people.

Cons:

TV did not work despite trying everything. The room had a lot of cobwebs with debris in them close to the door. The room itself when we first walked in had a strong odor.
