Pros:

Great hotel layout, large room, we had a corner room with 2 windows with a view, we arrived late and staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great at the hotel restaurant. We were right near 2 museums.

Cons:

Toilet was a little old and was difficult to flush.

We enjoyed our stay and would be back in the future. I do think the valet cost was a bit too high
Pros:

It was clean, and we felt comfortable. Staff was very attentive

Cons:

Only thing I did not like was the shower was super slippery. We did not stay for long or else I would have seen if they offer a bath mat. Also the shower knobs are a bit confusing

Good location due to convention being in the same hotel. Clean spaces.

Cons:

I did not like that they kept the main automatic doors shut (locked), which they stated was due to the weather (which was lovely the whole weekend). We had to use the small side doors to haul all our bags out while also trying to hold the door open to get through. Very inconvenient. Also didn’t like that the garage only did valet parking (high cost), so you can’t easily grab something from the car. Also very hard to locate ice machine on the floors. After finally finding ours (unmarked random door), it was not working so we had to go search on another floor that felt like a goose chase, when we finally found the door, it was locked. Shower floors were very slippery.
