Great experience! Very professional service.
Pros:

Angela was great! I wanted to make changes to my reservation and she was able to accommodate all of my request. Everyone was very professional and inviting. Im normally a Marriott person but this experience has me reconsidering.

Nice Hotel but Needs More Oversight
Pros:

All the staff we spoke to were very nice and the valet and bellhops were all very friendly. The suite was spacious and they were able to bring us an extension cord when I called and asked for one. The biggest complaint is that they seem to allow people to rent one of the poolside room and then invite extra people to come and just hang out at the pool. There were at least 10 people staying in one room that they had set up for a birthday party and they invited at least another 15 to use the pool. People were walking in carrying trays of food who were obviously not staying there. It got to the point where they were running around the pool deck screaming and setting off fireworks and the hotel staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. It’s a shame that they let people like that ruin the fun for everyone else.

favorite hotel in DT SJ!
Pros:

Front desk staff, valet, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are great! Shoutout to Jerome, as he was my server in the restaurant bar. He did an amazing job attending my group of about 10 people before a concert. The bartender, Jairo, makes amazing drinks!

Cons:

The beds are standard, not super comfortable. But the room size is bigger than most hotel rooms and you have an extra area next to the restroom to get ready.
