La ubicación
La habitación era muy oscura y ruidosa
El servicio, valoro mucho que se ponga en contacto desde el minuto 0 la recepcion y este pendiente de lo que uno necesita , la recepcionista Gracia cumplio al 100%., me gusto el detalle que te dan al.ingreso las galetas calientes, los welcome drinks,la piscina estuvo en temperatura, la habitación cómoda, la cuna Infanti para la bebe perfecta, las camas comodas, la habitación segura, buen tamaño del televisor y los restaurantes super bien, sobre todo el Bar Italiano.
Variedad en el desayuno Buffet y limpieza en la zona de piscina, en la zona de las ventanas de la habitación , los colchones no pueden tener roturas.
Quarto espaçoso, cama boa , banheiro com chuveiro bom , tem café e água no quarto para hóspedes, ferro de passar, café da manhã maravilhoso. Fomos nos dois restaurantes que tem no hotel, a comida é maravilhosa , gostamos muito.

Lit et oreiller confortable, température de l’eau de la piscine et équipements à la piscine, le petit dejeuner.
Chambre très ordinaire pour un 5 étoile c’est désuet, pas d’eau chaude selon l’heure de la douche. Pas assez de table pour le dejeuner a l’heure de pointe nous avons du attendre. Nous avons trouvé le personnel snob à notre arrivé. Nous n’avons pas pris nos bagages et on ne nous a pas escorté à la réception alors que dans tous nos autres hotels oui, mais jusque là je me disais ah ici ils le font pas c’est ok, mais 10 min plus tard plusieurs personnes sont arrivé et leurs bagages sur des chariots et escorté a la réception! D’ailleurs, pas évidente a trouver la réception vu la porte où on nous a fait entrer. Aussi, nous avons attendu longtemps à la réception la dame était seul et gérait une situation, mais dès que les autres personnes sont arrivés une autre personne est venu les servir. J’ai vite compris que notre apparence importait à leur yeux! Nous voyageons sac a dos et on revenait de la jungle on n’était pas a notre meilleur disons, mais ça ne devrait pas faire de différence sur le service selon moi. Les autres jours le personnel était correct par contre.

La comida excelente, la ubicación súper céntrico de todo tiendas, restaurantes cafeterías incluso de una plaza comercial y de hermosos parques, habitaciones súper cómodos y el personal muy amable y siempre atentos
