hermoso hotel de calidad
Pros:

la habitacion es muy comoda, el desayuno es excelente, la pileta del ultimo piso no la use pero fui a verla y se ve muy buena. el personal muy cordian en especial las chicas de la recepcion.

Great stay, great location, great service!
Pros:

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean, the staff were amazing and very helpful. I was impressed by the quality of the food at the restaurants. There is also a lot to see/do within walking distance

Godt hotel og fin belliggendhed, men jeg er overrasket over der ingen minibar er på værelset, især når det nu står det er der på beskrivelsen hos Booking.com. Og så også når det nu er et 5 stjernet hotel. Der stod et tomt køleskab man kunne bruge, men efter en 16 timers rejse fra Danmark havde en kold vand været tiltrængt.

Not bad, not too great. No major issues, just multiple minor issues.

Perfectly clean. Good room size. Renovated. Location was very practical. Staff was overall nice.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so my towels were always wet. One would expect ventilation in such a humid city.
Wifi was unstable and I had to pay for a better wifi - something I rarely see.
Room service - which was good - charged 8 soles for a "delivery fee" which I thought was weird.
Phone did not work to call outside the hotel. At some point I was trying to call a hospital, I was unable, and reception told me I should just go there instead of trying to call.
Sound isolation wasn't great, I could hear the honks outside a bit too well.
Recurrent elevator issues where they didn't show up unless I clicked the UP button to go down, meaning I had to go up a few times.
Laundry services were astronomically expensive.
Breakfast was way too expensive for what it offered. The food was good but I only went once due to the price.
