No es un hotel de 5 estrellas

Muy buena ubicación. Buen tamaño de la habitación y baño. El personal también amable.

Cons:

Pésimo router en la habitación. Solo lográbamos conexión a internet en el lobby. Durante 2 días seguidos no hicieron nuestra habitación; llegamos por la tarde y estaban las camas y baño sin hacer. Los enchufes son extraños, porque había que poner soportes especiales (hasta afirmar el teléfono con un libro) para que quedaran firmes y cargar bien. El circuito de luces obligaba a tener o todas las luces encendidas o todas apagadas. Y lo peor fue el olor a encierro de los pasillos y la habitación. Es un hotel que se ve grande y lindo, pero con problemas de mantención y administración.

Great service, very comfortable stay.
Pros:

So comfortable. Massive comfortable bed, lots of space and we had our own jacuzzi and sauna in our bathroom!

Buen hotel 5 estrellas me parece un montón

El punto en Miraflores es muy bueno

Cons:

La piscina es chiquita, los ascensores no le andan las luces que marcan el piso ni queda marcado cuando lo pedís me pareció que tienen falta de mantenimiento y funcionaba uno solo de los dos que iban a los pisos altos. Imposible conseguir agua caliente hasta la apertura del restaurante cosa que nosotros que íbamos y nos levantábamos temprano para un evento no podíamos conseguir agua caliente
