The location was great as we were able to walk to Darling Harbour during our stay and walk to the cruise terminal to board the ship for our cruise. The buffet breakfast (extra cost) was very good. The bed was comfortable. Staff member (Sam) at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

The double bed, vv small, room itself v small.Lifts bypassed level 4 many times i.e we walked ( in our 80's)
Nice clean and comfortable. With breakfast included it was good value and the breakfast was great.
The shower water ended up all over the floor of the bathroom. Design flaw
Large pillows, big bed and plenty of room. Loved the lounge and table & big TV on wall.
The shower set up needs fixing as when you have a shower (even with the door closed) the water runs out onto the floor and onto the carpet. You don't realise the carpet is wet until you take your shoes off for bed. We put a towel down to stop the water running but the floor was already wet from the previous guest.
Cheguei às 08:00 e nos acomodaram "early check inn" sem custo algum, pois havia quarto disponível. Foram duas estadias intervaladas por 4 dias e armazenaram nossas bagagens também sem custo.
Beds and pillows could be little better, we had a little back and neck pain after in the mornings.
The bathrooms could be designed better as water was getting out of shower area and then trickling under the door, we had to put down extra towels to stop it getting out the door.
Great location fir the stadium
Needs a big facelift. Couldn’t see through a foggy coat on the bathroom mirror. Toilet kept running on and the AC unit rattled. Considering they put the price up to $680 for the night plus parking plus brekkie. Very expensive and not even 4 star feel about it.
Staff were efficient and helpful. So lovely to my grandchildren
Location was brilliant. Short walk to circular quay. Close to supermarkets, right near the train station. Loved the interconnecting rooms
We did not get breakfast included, so paid for it separately on the day, 4 ppl (2a, 2C), it was $90 and not very good.

Lighting in the room was not in the right areas - very dim in some areas
Seating area for breakfast was too small- unable to get in and out of chairs comfortably without bumping tables or other guests ( and no i am not a large person)
