A great stay, great location, comfy rooms
Pros:

Location was great
Staff at breakfast were fantastic very friendly and happy to have a chat and get to know you and why you were staying and were able to 'read the room' when you did not want to talk

Cons:

That there was no pool or spa

Was a little concerned about the shower steaming up and causing a fire alarm with no ventilation in the bathroom

Excellent Customer service
Pros:

Wonderful location and excellent facilities — the staff made my stay memorable. Kanav and the woman from Brazil at reception provided exceptional, helpful customer service. Friendly, professional team; highly recommended.

Great, except for the transparent bathroom door!
Pros:

The location was perfect, we could walk to everything and the breakfast on offer was great.

Cons:

The glass door to the bathroom offered no privacy while sitting on the toilet! We had to come up with a system so we didn't accidentally walk past one another on the toilet or naked in the bathroom, where everything can be seen.

Pros:

I really loved the location, and the rooms were clean and a decent size.

Cons:

The only downside was the bathroom, particularly the sink, which was very small. It was difficult to use without water splashing all over the surrounding area.
