Die Zimmer sind klein, die Möbel weisen starke Gebrauchsspuren auf, die Klimaanlage ist laut. Das Personal wirkt unmotiviert, der Roomservice funktioniert nicht richtig.

My spouse got heat exhaustion as we were in a Slingshot and it was a very hot day, the Valet took very good care of her. So grateful to the Valet.

Easy to check in and the use of an app to call the valet to get our car was convenient when we were leaving our room or when we were on our way out for the day.
Parking was only provided via Valet which was quite expensiveas it cost per day (probably not compared to other garages) however, given that it was not included with the price we paid for the hotel, was quite disappointing. Likewise, two days in a row we allowed for our room to get turned over and have housekeeping fix the room up and the most that was done was towels were removed from our bathroom which were on the floor and the trash wasn't even taken out.
Pillows were very small and were not standard size pillows, so that was also a disappointment.
