Pros:

La atención del personal en general fue buena y el desayuno estuvo bien. El personal fue amable y atento durante nuestra estancia.

Cons:

La habitación que nos asignaron inicialmente tenía bastante humedad. El baño presentaba filtraciones de agua y el lavamanos estaba suelto. Después de informar la situación, nos cambiaron a otra habitación, que estaba un poco mejor, pero también seguía teniendo problemas de humedad. Considero que estas condiciones deberían revisarse y solucionarse para ofrecer una experiencia más cómoda y agradable a los huéspedes.
