Decepcionante

Lo único que me gustó fue que variaban el desayuno

Cons:

Reserve dos habitaciones, llegué antes de 3 sin embargo espere la hora del check in a las 330 pregunté por las habitaciones solo tenían lista una y la otra el recepcionista dijo que no me podía dar una hora de entrega ya que no sabía , al final la terminaron entregando tipo 4 , durante toda la estadía la señal de tv nunca funciono hubo que llamar muchas veces a reportarlo pero al final nunca pudimos ver tv , el hotel tiene un restaurante que cierra temprano por lo que si quieres comer a las 9 pm no es posible, por otro lado las sabanas tenían manchas incluso encontramos un jabón de baño usado en la habitación deluxe y las baldosas partidas el techo del baño en malas condiciones. En fin bastante decepcionante , había incluso huéspedes muy ruidosos a las 3 am.

Cons:

The room was very humid and smells really bad , the bathroom sink don’t work and the tub was dirty , the mini fridge was rust and dirty , I cancel
My stay immediately when I open the door room I can hold the smell and the humidity was really bad very disappointed, I still waiting for the money refund after 7 days. They promised send the money back
