They offered a great variety for breakfast. Lots of options (pancakes, sausage, omlettes, oatmeal, dry cereals, pastries coffee , tea, and juice. The quality was not an issue at all.
Breakfast was good BUT very crowded. I stood at the table as my family sat and enjoyed, due to very limited seating. It wasnt a HORRID experience but definitely there is room for improvement!
petit déjeuner vraiment très mauvais
The commode was leaking and an old roll chain to the desk made it hard to get to the closet and chase chair. Other wise it was good.
Rooms. Beds. Swimming Pool. Tasty Breakfast. 24 hour coffee machine. Great location.
Inefficient and untrained staff. No change/shower rooms for the pool. Not enough towels.
The beds were comfortable.
It wasn’t very quiet.
Clean and Comfortable, and modernised.
Not a lot of room in the breakfast area which was pretty busy.
It was very close to the hospital where my
Mom was. I booked the room for
My brother when we found out my mom was going to need to be on comfort care. My mom died sooner than we were hoping and my brother just wanted to go home and be in his emotions and the third party was going to charge me for the full stay, but then they decided not to.
Booking through a third party
We booked our hotel through Expedia which stated that there were cribs available and it was a “family friendly” hotel.
I put a crib request in for our infant daughter. I understand requests aren’t “guaranteed” but when we arrived for check in around 1AM after an 8 hour drive we were told there is only 1 crib in the whole hotel and it was already in use… so there was so crib available.
Needless to say we did not end up staying that night and had to scramble to find another hotel with availability and a crib at 1AM with a small child.
Luckily the lady working was nice and cancelled our reservation without charging so I appreciated that but it still left us in a scramble in the middle of the night with a small child. Beware if you have small children who sleep in cribs that this hotel only has 1 crib in the whole hotel and it’s first come first serve so even though this resort is saying it’s family friendly and that they have “cribs available” it’s misleading.

Very efficient staff Donna in the Front Desk

Lets start with the employees that were all nice and helpful. Our room had two large windows bringing in a lot of light. But the room was tired, and somewhat dirty. The bathroom was tiny with the small sink with no counter space outside in the room. Our room was not like the rest of the rooms because we were next to the elevators and these rooms were different based upon the room diagram by the elevators. The hotel did have two elevators so waiting was not bad. Breakfast was fair at best, with super slow toasters and the orange juice was mostly water that was undrinkable. In general, not the worst but not the best of the many Holiday Expresses we have stayed at. Lack of cleaning was my biggest issue. Dirt and dead bugs along with spider webs were in the window sills and every corner of the room and elevators there was built up dirt. They need to have someone with a fresh eye to point out and detail these issues with the staff. Would I stay there again? Maybe...
I came here just to sleep, so a few points for bed and clean towels. But the air conditioning unit is absolutely gross and disgusting dash the filters are dirty the vents are broke so when the unit finally came on it really smelled. Bathroom floor was not completely clean why is it that people can't clean in the corners where the dirt is very obvious. It's not rocket science. The toilet seat was cracked almost in half. It is shocking to me that someone from housekeeping has not reported this. It may seem like a minor problem but it means that if minor problems are ignored so our major problems. The small refrigerator is inside a closed cupboard, and when you open the door the heat from the refrigerator comes pouring out and it smells in there. The refrigerator should be vented and I'm sure that it's not cooling adequately or running Non-Stop as there is no ventilation.
The hotel smelled of must and outside the property wreaked of weed.
The sell, made the hotel dirty
Location near Costco, breakfast had a vegan option (oatmeal)
Some people were smoking in their rooms… We asked to be moved and were accommodated immediately.
