The location on the harbor is fabulous. The hotel itself is elegant and inviting. The Front Desk staff were truly customer/guest-centric and helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. They were consummate professionals, friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful with lots of light and large windows overlooking the harbor. The room layout was great and the bathroom was elegant. The cleaning staff and room service were superb. I cannot say enough how fabulous our experience was and what a beautiful hotel this is!

Everything about this hotel is top of class. Rooms, service and food (both restaurant and room service. We were grandparents babysitting a 3 month old and the hotel went above and beyond fulfilling the needs of the child from a crib to bath soap supplies to a plushie. When she needed her sheet changed, housekeeping arrived within 5 minutes. It is rare that a hotel provides this level of service. We even thought the valet charges were reasonable.

We've been to the Boston Harbor Hotel several times and we would not consider staying anywhere else when we go to Boston. It's in a great location, well maintained and clean and the people are always friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Boston

This was the first time we stayed at Boston Harbor Hotel and we were not disappointed the place is fantastic! We stayed in a suite the room was nice with a wonderful view of the city and harbor. The location is perfect easy access to downtown, north end, restaurants and many more places within walking distance.
The staff were wonderful they did everything to make our stay a great experience.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay you will be pleased.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is an amazing venue. In my opinion, it is the finest hotel in the city of Boston and perhaps in North America. The staff is amazing. The attention to detail is perfect and the venue being right on the water is unbeatable. We were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary so the venue was important. Our family has hosted two weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, christenings and general get-togethers at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Going to the Boston Harbor Hotel is loke going home for our family. I would give this property my highest, personal and professional recommendation. Give it a look.

Spent last weekend at the hotel celebrating a family wedding, everything was A+. Staff was fantastic, location was great and rooms were perfect. Just wish I had time to visit the gym everyone in the family was complimenting!

We stayed in a gorgeous room looking out at the Harbor! Everything about our stay was perfect! The room, service, restaurants, lobby, and location. 100% will stay again. My Nephew was married there and it was beautiful!

Great place to stay clean and view of harbor was outstanding. Very easy walk to most places.

Never fails to impress as ideal location for us (central to attractions, and especially close to the ferry to Cape Cod which often bookends our stay), incredible service top to bottom in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Food quality is great for every meal. Concerts in the summer out back. Wonderful! Can't wait for our next stay.

Too expensive for what it was

The hospitality was second to none. The food was stupendous and the views were breathtaking. Also perfect location.

The hotel is very convenient. On the water, not too far from the airport and close to the business center.

The facility is really nice, and the service is excellent. I have stayed here before and I am going to stay here again when I got back to Boston in September. I can highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Boston Harbor Hotel two weeks in a row for different events. What a joy! The staff went the extra mile to be welcoming, accommodating and hospitable. They brought our granddaughter her own little hotel robe and slippers and a special piece of cake for her birthday! Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic and the pick up choices in the cafe were great (huge croissants). The Dark Bar cocktail selections were creative and delicious. We also took advantage of the fitness center and pool, all nicely equipped. The hotel is well situated right on the harbor between North and South Stations - easy to get around.
