Only that it was downtown.
The room we booked wasnt what we got when we arrived , they over booked it and didnt have it available at all, though it was reserved weeks in advance. Room we got in replace was tiny tub and small 6x6 bedroom with a cuck chair. Not the couples king whirlpool room we paid for. Several other people in the lobby were complaining of the same, it was a rioting mess. Manager offered discount at end of stay for mishap then refused once time came around for it. The woman at fromt desk also stole items out of my bag when it was held behind the front desk. Alot of things like lights and switches/ knobs for utilities were broken or didnt even work. Absolute piss poor hotel. Any other hotel is recommended especially for what they charge. $1500/night for a hotel room worth $350

The aesthetic was nice; but it’s definitely older and needs some maintenance across the board.
Depending on the area of the building, you can overhear the traffic and any major road disturbance.
How all was very helpful.
View, coffee pot didn't work, no complimentary breakfast, complimentary water but had 3 dollar tag didn't know if would be charged for it or not. 🙅♀️

The sleeping area was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed and TV were excellent, and the room was cool, comfortable, and very inviting.
A few light bulbs were burned out, and the bathroom sinks could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Double headed shower, skylight in my room and the location was perfect.

Great staff from the valet to the front desk, they all were very friendly and professional.
This hotel is wonderful from the start. The parking valet team is wonderfully welcoming and professional. The front desk team are more aloof but still efficient and professional. No issue. The room (we have a premium king) is very spacious and the bathroom is gigantic. There isn’t a lot of the original art deco look or element left in the interior but the modernization and upgrade is great. Everything works and cleanliness is A1. Parking is valet only at $42. The area is great. Police and security people are ever present but the many blocks are full of restaurants and hotels with many office buildings. Downtown is very safe. Great and will come back.
Location is excellent. Great classic atmosphere and the hotel is beautiful. Room was larger than expected and very comfortable.
Hotel staff was slow to look up Hilton rewards numbers.
