On reviendra!
Pros:

Super emplacement à 10 minutes des musées et à 5 minutes d'un grand parc. Si vous aimez courir, c'est l'endroit idéal. L'endroit est cosy, l'accueil super. On reste volontiers dans le lounge pour boire quelque chose ou juste passer un moment.

Cons:

Nous avons été surpris que la douche n'aie pas de porte, architecture du lieu oblige (il faut être intime avec les personnes avec qui ont partage la chambre!) Le personnel nous a trouvé une solution et nous a gentiment mis à disposition un paravent :-)

Great area to stay & move around
Pros:

Staff were helpful, location excellent. Breakfast very good & I presume typical of what most locals eat.

Cons:

The shower - The hand shower couldn't be fixed into a better position to be used as an alternative to the very high rain shower.

Inadequate USB - C charging port

Superverblijf in een mooi hotel op een topplek met hele vriendelijke medewerkers
Pros:

Locatie was perfect. Dicht bij het centrum maar niet midden in het centrum waardoor het goed aan te rijden was met de auto. Medewerkers waren echt heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt was super!

Cons:

Ik kan eigenlijk geen enkel verbeterpunt bedenken. Ik vind het echt een tophotel!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Loved it but needs aircon if you stay in the summer.
Pros:

I love the location. It is so easy to get to everything.Its a very peaceful area. You can walk to Dam Square and around so easily taking in all the sights. Vondelpark and Leidseplein so close. Museumplein next door.
I had the big double room which was at the front with big windows and spacious. The bathroom was great with all you needed. At first when i saw the mattress being so thin i though i would have a problem but was very comfortable as were the pillows.
The breakfast and area was fantastic. Not only is it a really relaxing place to have breakfast but the food is great as is the coffee. Staff really friendly including the house keeper.
Stayed two nights and was very comfortable. Could have stayed longer.

Cons:

I was lucky being early September and cool weather but i wouldnt recommend this hotel in the summer as no Air Con. This really needs to be addressed for the price paid. I would say you wouldnt sleep at all in the summer especially at the back of the hotel which gets hotter.
I would suggest the tvs need to be upgraded as they are not Smart Tvs but to be honest this is a small thing compared to the air con which i think is essential in this hotel.
If you stay in the front of the hotel can be really noisy. Not to bad with the windows closed. The bonus though of the front is the huge bay windows which are wonderful to look outside and light.
Would be nice to have umbrellas that you could borrow.
In all honesty the hotel is great but 100% needs aircon for summer. I hope they get this sorted. If you go outside the summer then perfect. The heating came on and worked well in the cool morning.

Emplacement dans le quartier des musées, trams à quelques centaines de mètres de l'hôtel, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute, décoration cosy, petit déjeuner très varié

Cons:

Une porte à la salle de bain aurait été la bienvenue Si la chambre est côté rue, fenêtre ouverte, le bruit peut être dérangeant, un peu plus de rangement pour les vêtements serait idéal

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location - we wanted to visit all the major museums and they were right on the doorstep. The staff were really friendly - there was welcome drinks and cheese and wine every night if you so wished. Very comfortable and big rooms.
