Wonderful Overnight Stay
Pros:

Everything! From the warm welcome at check in with accompanying glass of prosecco to check out was wonderful experience.
We stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday so went for the four poster suite. The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The weather had been hot so the curtains had been kept closed and air con regulated the temperature perfectly. The cherry on the top was a complimentary bottle of prosecco and some gorgeous brownies to help celebrate...not to mention the rose petals and towel 'cake' on the bed that made my husband's day!
I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, the facilities wonderful and despite the central location the noise in the room was minimal.

Ideal, well-priced hotel for a trip to the theatre
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very near Soho and ideally placed for a trip to the theatre. Lovely staff and welcome on arrival. Beautiful, comfortable room.

Cons:

No fault of the hotel but quite a lot of noise from motorbikes later in the evening.

A warm welcome and great location make this the best choice in London.
Pros:

Location is ideal for theatre. The people who work there are exceptional. This was my 3rd stay, and this time I brought 5 others. Everyone loved it.

Pros:

What a truly wonderful overnight stay. The staff were lovely, and incredibly accommodating. Wine left in the room was such a lovely touch. On the hottest night of the year the aircon was appreciated and on point. I wish we were staying longer and we will definitely be back

Freundliches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Nach einem beruflichen Aufenthalt habe ich noch zwei Nächte privat mit meinem Mann drangehängt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig auch für zwei, gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wasserkocher, Kapselkaffee). Es gab jeden Tag Obst und Wasser. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent, die Lage zentral zwischen Oxford Street, Charing Cross und Soho.

Bad ein wenig klein und wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten darin.
