Super staff and hotel! Going the extra mile.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Montcalm and couldn't have asked for anything better. We celebrated our anniversary, and the team (special mention to Maham and Joshua) absolutely went above and beyond.

We were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, a beautifully decorated bed, and a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. Thoughtful gestures that made our celebration even more special.

The hotel itself is comfortable, elegant, and perfectly located, but what stood out most was the staff, who were so warm, welcoming, and attentive.

Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable. We truly felt looked after, and we'd happily stay again. 5 star recommendation!

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay in your hotel. The location was great to get anywhere. The staff on the desk were all so nice and my son got a lovely welcome on his 40th Birthday and Prosecco and cake was put in the room. It was so hot when we were there but the room was so cool with air conditioning. The room was spotless. For being right in the city centre there was no noise in the room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Best stay in London ever
Pros:

We had the loveliest time in Montcalm, Piccadilly. We received such a warm welcome and a lovely fuss was made of my daughter for her Birthday. We left with a promise to return. Highly recommend prospective travellers put it on their list!

Beyond my expectations
Pros:

Chose the hotel because of its location close to the theatres. Never stayed there before and in truth I’d not heard of them. Wow, as soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcome, Shafaq, was outstanding. She checked us in and then took us to the room, she could not have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat. The stay was excellent, theatres within easy walking distance and loads of restaurants and bars close by. We are looking forward to our next London trip and without doubt I would not hesitate to book with them again.

Pros:

Location is very convinience to exit everywhere.
Every staff was very helpful and friendly.
Room and bed was very comfortable.
Security at night in this hotel is very safe because we were at this quartier, safety is very important too.

Cons:

The bedsheet actually should be change every second day after every customers stayed.
Our was not changed, only the towels are changed.

A hidden diamond

We had a front corner room which was a great size by London standards. two queen sized beds with a lovely bathroom and it was spotless.

Amazing staff and perfect location
Pros:

From the moment you arrive you are treated like family.
Friendly, efficient front of house team who greeted us with a welcome cold water and carried our luggage to our room.
We had a fabulous corner room with welcome air conditioning.
This is our second visit this year and it certainly won’t be our last.
Highly recommended
