Excellent London stay
Pros:

Stayed for just 1 night but an extra night would have been lovely. The front desk team were exceptional at welcoming us with a glass of Prosecco . Also we were upgraded to a bigger room with 2 double beds and extras . We really enjoyed our stay . Very comfortable beds and excellent shower and toiletries . Clean and well equipped . Surprisingly quiet also . Would love to come back .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!
From the beginning we were greeted with champagne during check-in. Joshua, Tilly, and the entire team were so wonderful. They went above and beyond and added a thoughtful touch that made our celebration even more memorable.
The exceptional service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. Clean and close to attractions. Thank you again to Joshua and Tilly for making our stay so special. We’ll be back and absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Customer Service 100% brilliant
Pros:

Booked on behalf of my daughter and her friend (both 17) for a concert trip - we hadn't realised until a week before that there was an issue with them being under 18. Thank goodness between the hotel and myself, after confirming the booked room was twin, the subject of age was brought up and we managed to get everything sorted before their arrival and what no doubt would have been something of a nightmare. I was utterly reassured that the Montcalm had consent forms in place and they made the whole process easy. What surpassed all expectations was the treatment they gave the girls on their arrival (very kind and welcoming) and.... the amazing email to confirm their safe arrival to me!!! What an outstanding service - it was their first solo overnight trip to London... so not at all nerve wracking for them... but utterly terrifying for both mothers!!! I don't want my review to inundate the hotel with 17 year old solo travellers... 😂... but if you are looking for a fabulous hotel that offers over and above customer service and gives your young adults some independence in the best city in the world... then the Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse is the answer. It is fantastically located, clean, reasonably priced (the girls paid for it themselves) and the staff are absolutely first class. Thank you so much Wiktoria, Joshua and the rest of your wonderful team
