Fantastic experience at Montcalm Piccadilly
Pros:

Our stay at the Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse was excellent. The staff was superb. We have travelled quite a bit and have never received the little extras that were provided by Montcalm Piccadilly, such as fruit in our room when we arrived, complimentary water bottles that were at our bedside when we returned from a long day of siteseeing, and late check-out. Best of all, was having our "checked" luggage in our room. We arrived earlier than check-in so had to leave our luggage. When we returned after a hours of travelling and site-seeing, we did not have to lug our suitcases. It seems like a little thing, but it was such a welcome, unexpected detail that I really appreciated when I was so tired. The location is terrific - right in the theater district and adjacent to Chinatown, and a 5 minute walk to the subway/Tube. We booked it through a third-party site because we were not very familiar with the city. I would absolutely stay here again. I never write reviews, but Montcalm Piccadilly was worthy of my time.

A haven in the heart of london
Pros:

This hotel is a gem

Firstly - the location for central london is brilliant.
Close to tube however still quiet inside.
A real haven when you get inside
The price was so reasonable for this too.

The property is so clean - smells beautiful and the first impressions from the team are brill
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - everyone seems like they genuinely want to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Luggage taken care of and brought up to the room

We were given some treats for mum's birthday this was such a wonderful surprise and unexpected.
The desk is always manned and you do not have to even ask when you need something - the team are there for you if you need them.
I will book again

Montcalm Piccadilly is an fine, upscale, boutique hotel and more than met our needs.
Pros:

The room was spotless and everything worked well. It is a bit cramped for three adults but we were okay. The management brought us fresh fruit each day and on one evening a bottle of wine. That was a very nice touch.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. They arranged transportation to the airport for our ride home which was both on time and comfortable.

Cons:

The continental breakfast that is given to some guest was not available to Booking.com customers. Not sure why.
