Amazing experience
Pros:

It was an amazing experience. Every detail was very well take care of, from room service to cleanliness.

I highly recommend to take the breakfast buffet as it includes a high variety of foods including very well prepared local cuisine.

Victor was really good and really took care of all our questions.

A ver pleasant trip, I'll be sure to come back.

Nice hotel but in need of an update
Pros:

Marco Polo is a nice hotel but showing its age. It would really benefit from a program to update the rooms. Leaky faucets etc in the bathroom. The rooms are just overall generally worn out.
But they have great staff & the overall experience is good.

Amazing! Must try! And repeat over and over again!
Pros:

It checks all the boxes. Lovely location. Rooms are big. Cleanliness and facilities are superb. The continental club business floor is a definite must! Betty made every visit special. Constant checking up on you. Amazing service with constant smile. The food selection is top notch. This is by far one of the best hotels! Must try!

Its a very nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is an older hotel but maintained very well. Staff is obviously managed very well, its clear that everybody put pride into their work. Great experience from checking in, room experience, breakfast (very attentive staff) to check out. I did not try the pool put it look great.

Pros:

The location of Marco Polo Hotel is fantastic while I stay in Xiamen. There is a big park just next to it, I was going for a walk. Also very nice lake. Hotel staff always helpful and kind. I felt very comfortable while I stayed in Marco Polo Hotel.

Pros:

Top Lage, Top Steakhouse im Hotel. Wer einen Italiener sucht, findet das Unico im Hotel, es gibt aber andere top Restaurants um das Hotel herum. Service wie immer sehr gut.

Great Value for the price
Pros:

The location is good. The room is very clean and spacious. The buffet was decent for the price, guest gets discount. The reception was friendly, and the lobby of the hotel also quite nice.

een super verblijf in een outstanding hotel.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met goed personeel. Uitstekende kamer met goede faciliteiten, heerlijke bedden en een zeer goed chinees restaurant. Gezellige lobby waar attent personeel aanwezig is. Voorts de manager Vincent die ons verblijf een extra plus heeft gegeven met zijn adviezen. Ook de chauffeur Jerry verdient een compliment met zijn uitstekende rijstijl en service. Tot slot medewerkster Ella : Zeer attent en for you I will come back !

Cons:

Niets. Maar als ik een advies mag geven : leer de medewerkers nog beter engels spreken. Als dat niveau omhoog gaat , is het echt een tophotel die zeker 5-star waard is.
