Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Cons:

Customer service/support is the worst I have ever experienced. Tried to change bookings, denied. Asked for at least changing travel dates, also denied. Very very unfriendly and would not recommend.

Short visit to see family
Pros:

The nighttime clerk was so sweet and nice (wish I remembered her name). Very helpful and always said hi when she saw me. I got to the hotel a day earlier than expected and they were able to get me a room. (my room wasn't ready for me until the next day). Breakfast was good, rooms very clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is only 1 block away from the beach and easy to get to. Loggerhead Marinelife Center is less than 1 mile as well.

Cons:

I wish there was a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel but plenty to choose from very close by.

Juno Beach one night stay
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Hampton Inn for some reason doesn!'t have oat or soy milk, so people who don't drink milk cannot have coffee, cornflakes actually almost nothing.

Short stay for Mother’s Day. Very pleasant. Room was almost like new and very clean!

Very nice stay.
Pros:

This hotel is convenient and in much better shape than the one in Cleveland, where I had stayed the previous weekend.
The breakfast, though typical American diet, does offer more choices, like fruit and yogurt. The staff is friendlier and the offer assistance when needed. I reported a little issue with towel to the Guest , SONIA and she responded very positively.

I had an issue with towels, but that is being resolved. They need to replace some old ones.
