The view and price was good.
Charging my card twice was an inconvenience. But it was straightened out.
location was nice
was expecting a lot better due to the name and my experince with crown plaza in other part of the world like dubai etc, but found the building and facilities were too old. Rooms were not really elegant but passable. lifts were making noise, it requires really an upgrade in all areas.

Parking was horrible to tight of a squeeze for bigger vehicles, also our check in time was supposed to be at 3 and we couldn’t even get to our room till about 5:45 due to the “ system “ being down which made us late to a reservation.
The staff
The room was small/out dated some wallpaper peeled off and toilet had to be flushed twice for it to actually empty. Took us 7 mins to get an elevator to come to us and they seemed sketchy and jerky

Traffic/outside noise at night. Failure to restock coffee and tea pods and face washer in room. Despite agreement for late check out hosekeeping staff knocked on door 3 times during this period. Very old property that needs major refurbishment or replacement.
