It was a little hard to find where to go but eventually we made it.

Nice location for exploring, but don't get the breakfast
Pros:

The location was quite good if you want to explore the city, and the hotel was a mix of fancy and well used. You could see the tear and wear both on the rooms, and the pool. We loved the pool and the way you got a good view over the city. The staff werw also friendly.

Cons:

We payed extra for breakfast through booking.com in advance and ran into issues the first day. We booked a three person room and assumed that ment we had booked breakfast for all three of us. According to the hotel that only ment for two people, so we ended up having to pay extra to get the last person in. We also ended up having to pay a mandatory gratitude on top of the breakfast bill pr person pr day. Because of this I will not recomend booking breakfast with the hotel through this website because it only causes a mess. I will say that the staff was trying to help us solve the issue, and that "booking.com" also ended up refunding us the breakfast bill for the last person. Still it was not an okey situation as it felt like there were hidden cost that we were not aware of before paying extra to have breakfast.
Another weird thing was when our room was cleaned the first day they only left us two new towels, and didnt give us any more toilet paper.

Hotel needs total Renovation
Pros:

First,let me say the front desk staff were all friendly, kind and helpful. Our room never got cool. It was acceptable, but turning the thermostat to 70 didn’t help. Another guest told us you had to adjust it somehow with the fan together it colder. Directions with the room thermostat stating that would be nice. The hallway was very cold. Our bathtub faucet ran the entire time we were there. It wasn’t just a drip. It had corroded the faucet. Management and maintenance must not have bothered to want to make sure it was in good working order. The shower water was cold. There was no hot water. That was unacceptable. The hotel needs to be renovated. IHG should be ashamed to have rooms in this condition.
