Every time I stay at this hotel, whether during check-in or check-out, Khun Toi consistently delivers exceptional hospitality. She is always cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to guests. What impresses me the most is that she remembers and greets me by name whenever I return, which makes me feel truly valued and appreciated as a guest.
I frequently stay at the hotel together with Khun Chotitouch Chatuprayoon, a Platinum Member, and on every occasion Khun Toi has demonstrated the same high level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Way to far from the city center , breakfast definitely not impressive
The hotel was clean, as was the room. Bathroom doors in the room are weird & take a while to close. The thing that irritates me, though, is.... Please stop begging for a review. I had it from the second that we checked in. It's embarrassing. Now that we've left, i'm being hounded by email. So stop this, please! We were in room 1222 & checked out this morning. I noticed that the safety deposit box in the room isn't safe, though. I picked it up & put it under my arm as the picture shows. As its battery operated, I could've just walked out with it. The pool is 1.5m deep all the way around, and that's annoying for my partner as she couldn't touch the floor. I'd think twice about stopping there again, as there are better options for the same price around the area.!!
