Que me robaron mis gafas de sol graduadas una de las limpiadoras del hotel mientras hacía los baños en mi habitación.
Después de hablar con el personal de seguridad del hotel y pedirles la revisión de cámaras de seguridad. No me han solucionado nada

Quiero agradecer profundamente a Jonny Suarez Ortiz y a Juliana por la excelente atención durante mi estadía.

Jonny me ayudó mucho cuando no tenía teléfono local en Colombia. Él mismo contactó a una empresa para reparar mi maleta en el hotel y resolvió mi problema rápidamente.

Juliana fue igualmente maravillosa. Cuando mi colega tuvo problemas de presión por la altura, ella se preocupó de inmediato y contactó a un médico para atenderlo.

Todo el equipo de recepción fue muy amable. La experiencia fue excelente, gracias a ellos.

Me decepcionó 🙁
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico y variado

Cons:

Las toallas de los baños viejas y deshilachadas da muy mala impresión, el baño tenía una fuga el lavamanos y se formaba un charco de agua en el piso.
Necesita una remodelación muy viejo y no está cuidado
