Ok strand och pool
Gammalt och slitet, betala för att använda solstolar och inomhus poolen ?! Stå och vänta i 45 min i frukost kö varje morgon.
The capacity of all facilities is so huge, that it seems like there is nobody in the hotel. But in the reality there are many people.
I didn’t like the booking app cooperation with the hotel in terms of messages to the administrators
This is by far the best hospatility staff at any Sheraton I’ve been too. I dined at the restaurant”Grill” on premise and had the pleasure of having Yui Okawa as my server. She and the rest of the staff couldn’t have helped me any better navigating the menu. First night they rocked it. The food was amazing
Staff were incredibly nice, and the facility was clean
some of the facilities were a little bit old
Great hotel! I wasn’t with my family but very family oriented with a children’s activity room, a ball pit, and a playground (outside). For those that are older, the MegaZip Zipline (800 feet long) was awesome. You need to pay extra, but they will film using a drone. Glass bottom boat was cool. Saw lots of fish. Even have a pond area in their lobby with a variety of fish. Buffet and off the menu food was delicious! Definitely would stay there again!
No where to eat! Told restaurants are fully booked, watch outside as they are 75% empty.
No lounge, was sold a lounge.
The outdoor pool shuts at 5.30!! That’s the nicest part of the day.
The property was immaculately maintained, great location. The beach was beautiful lots of activities for families. Indoor and outdoor pools were perfect!
Nic v podstate
Hotel vyzerá ako z hororu z roku 1970, polorozpadnutá budova, strasne naozaj, ja som mala rezervovanych 5 noci a ledva som zvladla 1, uplny horor

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
Believe the negative reviews—this hotel was awful.
You either have to walk nearly half a mile and take multiple elevators to reach your room, or stay in the 36-year-old main tower, which feels badly in need of renovation. The overall layout is inconvenient and frustrating.
The lounge is a disgrace. There was only one beer on tap, very limited liquor selections, and the food offerings were laughable. Serving pancakes from a machine to guests paying $300–$500 per night is simply unacceptable.
We were so disappointed that we decided to cut our trip short. After dining at the grill restaurant, our impression only got worse. The food was mediocre, and the prices were outrageously high for the quality received.
I am a Lifetime Platinum member with Marriott Bonvoy and maintain Titanium status every year. In more than four years, this is the first negative review I have felt compelled to leave for a Marriott property.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere and not considering this hotel for your stay.

🐢The resort’s Christmas mood was tastefully done: warm lighting, subtle decorations, and a calm sense of celebration rather than chaos.
Check‑in was smooth and personal, with staff already aware of my preferences. It had the polished efficiency of a city luxury hotel, but softened by genuine Okinawan warmth. My room was all about **space, light and sea**. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows pulled the ocean into the room, and the balcony became my private box seat for Okinawa’s winter sunsets.
After the drive, the bed and linens were more than comfortable—they were truly restorative. What sets this Sheraton apart is its **sense of place**. Design touches, amenities and hospitality are distinctly Okinawan; this isn’t a generic beach resort that could be anywhere.
Breakfast continued that theme: a curated mix of Japanese and international dishes, never feeling rushed even at peak season. Despite being family‑friendly, the property remains remarkably tranquil, with enough quiet corners to feel almost private.
Staff consistently remember names, preferences and small details, in a way that feels thoughtful rather than scripted. Yes, it’s about four hours from the airport—but that distance is part of its charm. For a Christmas or year‑end escape, this feels less like a stay and more like claiming your own quiet piece of Okinawa.
There was a disappointing part is hotel didn’t have currency exchange service. The front desk staff asked me to change the money in convenience store.
