Tolles Resort mit heftigen Schattenseiten
Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles, gepflegtes und weitläufiges Resort mit tollem Strand und Gartenanlage. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Gute Ausstattung, gutes Essen.

Cons:

Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter sollte wirklich dringend (!) überdacht und geschult werden. Mein Mann ist groß, mit breitem Kreuz, tätowiert (wir hatten uns vorher hier extra informiert) und trägt eine Glatze. Aufgrund seines Aussehens, wurden wir direkt schon beim Check In abgewiesen und es hieß „no military, only japanese people“ - es wurde nicht mal nachgefragt, mit uns wurde einfach nicht gesprochen. Nachdem wir dachten wir sind am falschen Eingang, sind wir ein Stück weitergefahren und standen dann vor einem Militärstützpunkt. Wir sind wieder zurückgefahren und ich habe mit Händen und Füßen versucht zu erklären, dass wir eine Reservierung haben. Es wurde sich anschließend zwar entschuldigt, das Verhalten zog sich jedoch durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Mein Mann konnte nicht eine Reservierung für die Restaurants oder andere Aktivitäten machen, da man ihn sofort abgewiesen hat und nichtmal mit ihm gesprochen hat - nur aufgrund seines Aussehens! Wir haben mit dem Militär überhaupt nichts zu tun. Selbst mit Übersetzungsapps haben (oder wollten) die Mitarbeiter kaum etwas verstanden. Englisch war sowieso komplett unmöglich, nichtmal einfachste Dinge wurden verstanden.

Wir reisen sehr viel, haben uns jedoch noch nie so dermaßen unerwünscht und tatsächlich auch das erste Mal echt diskriminiert gefühlt.
Jetski fahren und auch bestimmte Restaurants sind wiederum nur dem Militär vorbehalten und man muss eine ID vorzeigen.

Wer auch nur ansatzweise wie jemand vom Militär aussehen könnte, selbst wenn nicht die entfernteste Verbindung besteht, dem würde ich unbedingt davon abraten in dieses Resort zu fahren. Es gab viele Annehmlichkeiten und einen wunderschönen Strand, das wurde für uns jedoch extrem von dem Verhalten der Mitarbeiter überschattet und, dass wir uns einfach extrem unwohl gefühlt haben.

Quel havre de paix d'être venus à cet Hôtel
De plus, on nous chouchoute avec leur golfeuse, le petit déjeuner buffet à volonté, le sauna face à la mer, la beauté du parc, les personnels.

Un paraíso
Pros:

La atención del personal y donde está ubicado el resort son excelentes. Las habitaciones amplias y con todos los amenities. Super recomendable!

Cons:

Los restaurantes son muy caros pero se puede caminar 5 minutos y comer muy bien en los alrededores. Faltan máquinas para recargar agua.

餐點很有特色,結合沖繩當地食材與文化!! 令我印象深刻的是 麵包區竟然有提供超級好吃的鮮奶油!!海灘很美~ 有免費的躺椅, 救生衣與挖沙工具! 住宿舒服 員工熱情! 大多數的遊客偏日本與歐美人士~ 雖然地處北部 但是 CP值很高!! 小孩們都非常喜歡 期待下次再來!!

Would recommend this place if the weather is good! A little bit limited if raining. Overall, 8.5/10
Pros:

Beautiful beach on a sunny day! Breakfast was a highlight too. Rooms are pretty comfortable too.

Cons:

The recreational equipment and activity was not free which I think it should be. Especially if the weather is not very nice and activities are limited. We also moved rooms because the first one was very loud with water pipes and footsteps above in the cottages.

Pros:

Śniadania to mistrzostwo świata!!! Kolacja wykupiona w hotelu super, ale na drugi dzień to samo. Super plaża, czysta woda. Onsen to bardzo fajna sprawa, w Okumie z widokiem na morze. MOżliwość wypożyczenia rowerów, grania w pingpong i inne sporty, golf itp.
Bardzo dobra i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Zdecydowanie pokoje!!! Dostaliśmy pokoje w Main Cottage, pokój bardzo duży jak na Japonię, ale niestety stary, śmierdzące łóżka, okropna zżółkła kołdra i do tego śmierdząca, masakra!!!
Może inne pokoje są lepsze ale te w main cottage 40 to masakra!!!

Pros:

Beautiful resort in the north of Okinawa. Beautiful beach and nicely laid out, calm and tasteful. Slightly dated but rooms are very big and comfortable. The area is very nice and away from the crowds, beach activities available and the resort is close to the national park and amazing nature. Very nice breakfast and good onsen.

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen veraltet aber ganz ok. Das Frühstückbuffet hatte eine grosse Auswahl, aber eher japanisch. Als Europäer schwierig. Der Strand und das Meer waren schön. Die Infrastruktur eine Katastrophe. Es hatte nur eine kleine Bar am Strand welches Fast-Food verkaufte. Man konnte nirgends etwas gemütliches Trinken. Das Fleischrestaurant war nicht geniessbar und sehr teuer. Alles ging um 21.00 zu. Wir haben dann ein ganz nettes Restaurant ausserhalb des Resorts, in der Nähe, gefunden. Da haben wir sensationell gegessen und halb so teuer (Yakiniku Lion). Sehr empfehlenswert !
Ich würde nicht mehr in dieses Resort gehen.
