It was an amazing stay with pullman jakarta. Receptionist treated us like a friend and family, made us feel like home at this hotel. We will stay with pullman brand again next time. I always choose Pullman when I’m in Jakarta. The rooms are neat and comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. The lounge and Sanasini restaurant provide the best service—clean, spacious, and pleasant places where I do most of my work. Reception and restaurant teams are humble and proactive: they reserve seats, offer excellent food, and accommodate requests like late checkout.
Special thanks to Reeta, Fina, Ella, and the trainee staff for their professionalism and polite reminders about check-out. I’m also very grateful to Bu Tere and the male staff who helped customize meals and truly understood our needs. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Jakarta, and Pullman remains the best.

Pullman thamrin has been my top choose for various reason,
Location is key as it’s centrally located in Central of jakarta city, travelling to meeting places is very convenient. It’s also across the road to shopping malls and good restaurants.
I love the morning breakfast offered by the hotel. The service is wonderful. Staff are polite and helpful. They even remember my name.. :)
The services provided by the hotel overall is very good. And I want to specially credit to Ms. Reta at the executive lounge for making my stay special every time.

Just stayed here with my family and was quite surprised by the service, considering Accor's usual standards.
No greeting at the lobby upon arrival, I had to open my car trunk myself before any staff came to help. The corridor to our room had a strong musty smell from the carpet, apparently due to "recent treatment". The TV in the room also felt quite outdated.
Breakfast was the most disappointing part: none of the restaurant front-liners were friendly, and no supervisor/manager checked on guests like they do at other Accor properties. The only friendly ones were the kitchen staff at the buffet - they were really helpful. In the middle of breakfast, we were approached at our table with an EDC machine to pay for our nanny's additional breakfast eventhough She was only getting the food for our kids, not for Her. I had to leave my meal, and go back to the room, then return to the restaurant to settle the payment and continue my breakfast.
We ve tried requesting late check-out using Our Platinum benefit at the front desk. The staff immediately said no without even checking our room number or membership status. Everywhere it's written that Platinum members get early check-in & late check-out until 3 PM. Here they said 1 PM is the max.
I’ve shared all this feedback with the Executive Lounge agent. Just a suggestion for them to look at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills as they proactively WhatsApp loyalty members to check how was everything going during our stays.
Really dissapointing.
