Truly outstanding hospitality
Pros:

This property is a shining light in the Accor portfolio, and that’s not only because of its great location in Thamrin CBD; the spacious, modern, well lit, super comfortable, and very clean rooms; and the various F&B venues (try the Carmen Frida reserve Cabernet Sauvignon in the Back Room bar!) - what sets this property apart is the staff.

From the second I arrived, I’ve been treated like a personal guest in every single staff member’s homes. Every team member in every interaction welcomed me as a treasured friend. The attention to detail; the ability to anticipate needs; the genuine desire to create a truly memorable & personalised experience; plus of course the delightful welcome gifts waiting in my room due to my Accor Platinum status (which were absolute works of art from the pastry chef!).

The entire team are phenomenal and I’d like to add special mention of Jennifer, Jessica, Rona, the team at Back Room, and the team at the main lobby bar. 10/10.

One night here was not enough! Terima kasih banyuk ☺️

위치는 편리한 로비 한쪽에 있었어요. 매우 좋은 위치

Cons:

음식의 배열 동선이 너무 길고 특히 일식 같은 경우는 전통성 전혀없는 모양만 일식. 가지수만 많고 먹을것은 딱 정해져 있음.

Very productive and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast is exceptional, the best in the town. The room is quite good, more so those facing the Plaza Indonesia. The scene there keeps you entertained. The location is excellent; close to central Jakarta and on the main road to down-south. Very good. The function areas are very attractively decorated (floors 1 and 2) and this adds a lot of value. The Japanese hot bath is wonderful.

Cons:

The hotel room corridors may need a bit more light to liven those up.

Perfect for both Business and Leisure

Hosted an event at Pullman Jakarta Thamrin CBD a few days ago, and the experience was truly flawless from start to finish.

The booking process was smooth, thanks to Beny from the sales team, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout. On the event day, Yono from the banquet team provided outstanding support, very proactive, energetic, and always making sure everything ran seamlessly ✨

Special mention as well to Panji, the Event Concierge (if I remember correctly). I was extremely busy and clearly exhausted during the event, and he thoughtfully came over with a cup of iced coffee. That level of care and initiative truly stood out 🔥

Exceptional service all around. I will definitely come back and host more events here in the future 👏

Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel! The overall experience was excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the great facilities and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained, making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable visit.
