Werde dieses Hotel nach dieser Zimmergeschichte nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok und standardmäßig, alles da gewesen, was man zum Frühstück halt braucht. Aber ist jetzt nicht besonders hervorzuheben. Das einzige was toll war, war die Lage, die war gut. Und bei der Abreise war das check out Personal sehr freundlich, es gab einen Raum, wo man sein Gepäck zwischen lagern konnte um noch ein wenig Sightseeing zu machen. Es gab einen internen Taxiservice zum Flughafen gegen Gebühr. Die Taxi Dame war auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht so toll, alt und sehr klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für ein Superiorzimmer um diesen Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet und glaub wir haben auch keines bekommen sondern lediglich das classic Zimmer auf unterstem Niveau. Laut Beschreibung im Internet auf der Hotelhomepage sind supior zimmer größer und moderner und ab der 10 Etage und höher angesiedelt. Wir haben genau das Gegenteil bekommen in den niederen Etagen und im letzten hintersten Winkel des Hotels. Das Personal bei der Rezeption meinte, es ist das gebuchte Superior Zimmer, aber glaube das war eine reinste Lüge. Das Personal an der Rezeption war auch sehr hochnäsig. Voll die Abzocke meiner Meinung nach. Hatten ein Zusatzbett (Couch als Schlafbett) und fast keinen Platz mehr zum Gehen. Das WC war gruselig, da im WC eine kleine Tür vorhanden war, die nicht versperrt und immer wieder aufging, dahinter war ein dunkler Schacht mit den Abflussrohren. Einfach schrecklich. Das Bad war so klein, man konnte grade noch rein und kaum in die Dusche, die gleich hinter der Badezimmern war. Die Amaturen am Waschtisch und Badewanne waren auch ganz komisch angebracht bzw. würde ich eher sagen, es war ein Baupfusch. Grade noch, dass man sich waschen konnte. Man hat definitiv gemerkt, dass dieses Zimmer irgendwie zusammengebastelt wurde, um die Fläche noch verwerten und vermieten zu können. Das Zimmer hat sich nur einen Stern verdient, wenn überhaupt. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, zum Glück.

Super Lage ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Eifelturm! Lokale in der Umgebung, Pool ( wenn man die Regeln beachtet, also reservieren, Das mit den Badekappen gilt für alle, das mit den Spedo Badehosen aber anscheinend nur für Deutsche Touristen). Parken ganz einfach aber kostet auch etwas. Fitness beim Pool, gut ausgestattet aber heiß wenn’s draußen warm ist.
