Beaucoup de choses
Gostei do quarto, da receção por parte dos funcionários, das instalações no geral.
Não gostei do pequeno almoço pois em alguns dias não existiu reposição e muitos dos alimentos nem sequer foram disponibilizados logo no início do mesmo. Os funcionários desta secção deixaram a desejar pois além de não resolverem situação alguma, nem se preocuparam quando estavamos a dar o nosso ponto de vista.

Fiz uma solicitação de berço na reserva, o que foi confirmado. Porém ao chegar a pessoa da recepção simplesmente disse que não tinha e deu as costas. Como não falo francês ou inglês, coloquei no tradutor que precisava do berço pois andava com bebê e que tinha solicitado na reserva. Depois de uns 25 minutos com cara de raiva fui informado que o berço estaria no quarto. Estava um berço com panos bagunçados aparentemente já usados.
I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, as well as their genuine care for the guests. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lively and welcoming, which created a pleasant environment during the stay
We kindly suggest renovating and updating the furniture in the guest rooms, as some of it appears outdated and could benefit from refurbishment.
