The overall experience was bad!
The property was way too expensive for its offering. We paid 600 euros for a night for a hotel that certainly didn't meet our expecations! We used the pool and the area smelled of mold. So did our bathing suits, which although we washed consecutively in our washer, we eventually had to throw them away since the smell could not go away. Just way too overrated and expensive for nothing.
Excellent in everything. The hotel served beyond expectations. I recommend everyone to book. The room cleanliness, food & service were touch of class
Location is really central and convenient despite the traffic of Mexico City
Limited only oriental food offered at the restaurants
**Wonderful stay with exceptional service**
We had a wonderful stay, but the team is what truly made the experience stand out.
Fernanda and Mariana at check-in were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with all of our questions. They made our arrival feel easy and warm, and we especially appreciated how sweet they were with our baby.
Obed in the lounge was AMAZING. Truly some of the best customer service I have experienced in a hotel lounge. He was kind, attentive, quick to anticipate our needs, and made every interaction feel personal. Alfredo was also fantastic and made sure we had great beverages and full glasses throughout our visit.
My only feedback would be around the in-room amenities. The refrigerated beverages for purchase were more cool than cold, and a few of the personal care items, like the razor, toothbrush, and cotton pads, could be improved.
That said, we really appreciated the thoughtful details for our child, especially the crib setup and children’s bath products. Overall, we felt genuinely cared for and would happily come back.
Great hotel in a beautiful part of town. Staff gave our children teddy bears upon arrival. They were very helpful in getting our room requests fulfilled. The club lounge was a great benefit, especially with 2 small children. Thank you!
I have been returning to this hotel for the past four years, and it never disappoints. Throughout my visits for both business and leisure, I have stayed in everything from the standard king rooms to the presidential suite. The staff members are consistently warm and welcoming, the dining options are reliable, and the cleanliness routinely surpasses expectations. Located in one of the safest areas in Mexico, the hotel sits right in the heart of the Polanco neighborhood, which offers an incredible mix of history, world-class gastronomy, and exceptional mixology. Highly recommended!
Great hotel location, perfect staff, super clean and luxury.
The whole hotel is just really calm, well managed and easy to stay in. Staff are well trained and helpful, food is good, rooms are comfortable and the spa and gym are decent. It’s a really good choice if you want a safe respite from frenetic Mexico City and is located in a lovely area. It’s much better than first impressions suggest.
The hotel looks just a little dated in places and the entrance is underwhelming
The property is in a great neighborhood. Great dining options. Great places to walk around.
I had no complaints.
Clean, comfortable and well located place to enjoy Mexico. I never do but here I have to highlight the breakfast offering which is over the top.
