Hyatt Polanco Excellent Stay
Pros:

Excellent time at Hyatt Polanco. The food, service, room, location were all great. We had a fun time in CMDX and the Polanco neighborhood was a great location.

Great hotel
Pros:

Really liked this hotel. Aside from an issue with check-in when they tried to put me in a suite on the lowest guest floor that looked directly at and was VERY close to major hotel construction on a rooftop (globalist and confirmed suite award not a complimentary upgrade), which was eventually corrected. The facilities are great. Gym is fantastic. Pool is good. Club is good. Room was very nice. Service throughout most of the hotel was excellent. Also stayed at Andaz for a few nights on this trip, and definitely preferred the Regency.

Exceptional Hotel Stay
Pros:

During my stay, I decided to order room service one evening, and it exceeded all expectations. The meal arrived warm and was genuinely incredible—honestly better than the food at several local restaurants I visited in town. Without a doubt, it was the best hotel room service meal I’ve ever had.

The morning breakfast buffet was equally impressive. With such a vast selection, choosing what to eat was a delightful challenge. Every station was beautifully presented and visually appealing. To top it off, the staff was attentive and ready to assist with anything I needed.

I had a great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and all the employees were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay in Polanco
Pros:

Finally a Hyatt that recognizes Explorist status. Arturo Ortiz as an amanug Front Office Host who could not do enough for us. We were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and he personally arranged for some delicious treats to be delivered to our room. We were able to check in early and had a full day to start exploring. We realized my husband forgot his shaving cream and wanted an additional pillow. A quick phone call and less than 5 minutes later, they were delivered to our room. The room is clean and well appointed and the service is first class. The location is also amazing - across the street from the park and walking distance to the museums and shops. BRAVO! We will definitely return.
