Nice hotel, ATM gives counterfeit $
Pros:

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Loved it until I used the ATM in the hotel and received counterfeit bills. Merchants alerted us when we tried to spend the money. We went to the hotel consierge, manager and security and was told that they could do nothing and to contact HSBC Bank. We did, and have not received a reply. The hotel management said they would post a sign on the ATM so no other guests would lose money. I checked over the next two days. They never did.
I think the hotel should help us as their guests who got money stolen from the ATM that they allow in their hotel.

Great stay!
Pros:

Excellent stay. Wonderful staff. Amazing breakfast. Location perfect. We had a lovely stay, staff was so accommodating and friendly. Rooms were super clean. The coffee both in the room and at breakfast was excellent .

Great hotel Great location
Pros:

Wonderful staff all around.
Great elite recognition.
The breakfast spread is vast and delicious.
Service is top notch.
Suite was large and great views.
The location is in nice affluent area and close to parks, museums and shopping.
The Regency Club lounge is also very nice with great staff and good spread and great views from the 40th floor.

The overall experience was bad!

Cons:

The property was way too expensive for its offering. We paid 600 euros for a night for a hotel that certainly didn't meet our expecations! We used the pool and the area smelled of mold. So did our bathing suits, which although we washed consecutively in our washer, we eventually had to throw them away since the smell could not go away. Just way too overrated and expensive for nothing.

Wonderful stay made extra special by the people

**Wonderful stay with exceptional service**

We had a wonderful stay, but the team is what truly made the experience stand out.

Fernanda and Mariana at check-in were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with all of our questions. They made our arrival feel easy and warm, and we especially appreciated how sweet they were with our baby.

Obed in the lounge was AMAZING. Truly some of the best customer service I have experienced in a hotel lounge. He was kind, attentive, quick to anticipate our needs, and made every interaction feel personal. Alfredo was also fantastic and made sure we had great beverages and full glasses throughout our visit.

My only feedback would be around the in-room amenities. The refrigerated beverages for purchase were more cool than cold, and a few of the personal care items, like the razor, toothbrush, and cotton pads, could be improved.

That said, we really appreciated the thoughtful details for our child, especially the crib setup and children’s bath products. Overall, we felt genuinely cared for and would happily come back.

Great family trip
Pros:

Great hotel in a beautiful part of town. Staff gave our children teddy bears upon arrival. They were very helpful in getting our room requests fulfilled. The club lounge was a great benefit, especially with 2 small children. Thank you!

Está muy bien ubicado y el hotel es cómodo y tiene de todo.

Cons:

Es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Pague cómo 670 dólares la noche y las habitaciones lucen más un 4 estrellas que un cinco, la comida a la habitación es mala y limitada, y al personal le cuesta mucho todo. Pierden los paquetes, no encuentran tu reserva, tenes que hablar con 5 personas para que te manden una factura, los mozos nunca te traen las cosas. Es carísimo para eso. Precio de Paris. Los restaurantes salvo el sashimi son malos. El desayuno es bueno. El café es horrible, parece del Oxxo. Está bien el hotel, pero por 670 dólares debería ser excepcional y es un 7.
